We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep at all. It smelled like rotting tuna or something, no joke.
The location is convenient and the staff were very friendly. I also got it for super cheap one night.

United StatesThere was no shelving to put any clothes. A shelve to place clothes would have been nice! The power went out at 3am and the emergency light came on that was extremely bright. Couldn’t shut it off! What a wake up call. Flashlights would be a better choice. Bigger trash cans.
Really nice staff, the Wi-Fi was good but slowed down a little after awhile. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location Was close to food and American village was a short walk.

United StatesActive Duty US Navy, I took the provided bus service to get to the nearby area of the hotel, and then I walked to the hotel. It is in a very lovely area just outside America Village (20 min walk from the heart of America Village), breathtaking walk once you got away from the main roads. The room was small, but perfect size for one person. I was able to easily access the Laundry machines on my floor and it was a reasonable price (300 yen for a wash cycle, 100 yen per 10 min drying). The front desk staff was very friendly. The entrance was tucked away, and the hotel was right next to two other hotels and behind a restaurant. I only stayed two of the three nights I booked due to having to stay on base for one night, but I was able to leave non-essential things in the room while I was on duty.
