Room was small but, clean and comfy on the whole. I probably wouldnt want to stay more than a couple of nights as not much room for 2 guests plus luggage.

The location was perfect, as we wanted to be near the port. The friendly Staff were there at check-in, so they helped us with the computer. As my name didn't exactly match the name on the booking, they had to alter it via their system before we checked in. The Breakfast was more a snack which was perfect for our needs: A cheese and ham bagel each, a Coffee and hot lemon drink

Breakfast is simply coffee and bread, or maybe a sandwich. The variety is too limited, and the taste is quite average. I hope the breakfast offerings can be improved.

Free breakfast has no variety (bagels only), inadequate types of amenities (no facial wash/skin moisturizers) that are typical of Japanese hotels. In that sense value for price is not so good based on these two aspects. Also, it is a shower type, not bathtub type of hotel.

Cleanliness and newness of the hotel. Location is good, with monorail near and two convenience stores nearby if not directly beside.

It was so comfortable for me and us. Because it is located near a beach 🏖️. I walked there in the morning. Also it was easy to reach my cruise port. The staffs were so polite. Japan is so clean 🫧. Thanks so much.

- Breakfast was a joke. One small cup of coffee and one dry bagel that was not even delicious. Better stop this and honestly say “no breakfast”

Wifi was really bad. Bagels for breakfast are fine but need some butter or cheese.

Comfortable, good value and walkable to main areas. Clean and not noisy. Parking is easy enough.

The double bed room is too small for two people, but it's enough for one person. Not much choice for breakfast, fortunately there are convenient stores and a supermarket nearby.

Location is perfect, 5 minute walk from monorail, two convenient stores and one large supermarket nearby. The staff is helpful. The facility is new, room is clean.

Not sure the breakfast is really worth it. It’s a small egg salad, 3 breads (very basic little ones) and a drink (coffee ice/hot, tea ice/hot or juice of the day). Not much variety or protein and no fruits. You can grab a cheaper better breakfast at Family Mart or 7-11.

The hotel is nice and very new. The room was big, I had 2 single bed to myself that I could push next to each other to make one big bed 😊 4 pillows and the mattress was super comfortable. Very quiet at night, didn’t hear much outside noises or noises from my neighbors. The shower and bathroom are separate and both were nice. Full on bidet service for the toilet and option to have a waterfall shower 🚿 or regular shower (which I love. The soap and shampoo smelled really nice and my hair was super soft after use. The amenities are at the reception downstairs, you can take whatever you need including pyjamas, water bottles, toothbrush etc. The place is well located from the airport and close to the port if you want to visit the other islands or plan a day trip to go snorkeling. Many buses around, but be aware that the express ones often finish at around 5pm if it’s not summer so plan accordingly or you might need to take multiple local buses to get back. Family mart right next door and a 7-11 across the street. There’s a good variety of restaurants around. If you want a nice beach close by you can go to the American Village or take a bus to one of them.

Good quality hotel in Naha - near the main tourist areas and port. Online check was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was great too. The breakfast and free water was a nice touch too.
