Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It is close to Shijo Omiya Subway Station and within walking distance to Hankyu and Randen. We stored our luggage at the hotel on the day of arrival and the day of departure, which is a very convenient. Not noisy, can sleep well. It is a good place to stay.

The location had everything you need. Near metro, bus stop, 7/11 and big supermarkets. Restaurants just outside. Breakfast had fast and effective service, and although it was almost the same every morning, it was filling. Good info on the tv, super to see the washing machines status. Easy and fast check-in. Friendly staff. Soundproof rooms. Shop just outside that rents bikes. Lockers for storing your suitcase. Value for money 👌
