I didn't like when they said it was close to center but in fact it was not.

In general, nothing too important. The breakfast was complimentary and tasty, but quite small. Also coffee was charged extra. Location wise, it was a 5-10min bus ride to the metro or 10-20mins to some of the main attractions, so not too central, but not far either.

The hotel was very nice and modern! We were quite impressed that the room had Alexa installed speakers. The room size was quite decent for Japan standards, and it was also super clean and equipped with slick and modern facilities. We enjoyed our stay!

It's a bit of a walk to a lot of destinations and train station. We mostly took taxi or bus which can be confusing. So please keep that in mind when planning.

Honestly what a little gem !!! The room was spacious & clean. Everything was very modern, tjey have lockets to keep your luggage, toilets are really clean, rooms get cleaned on daily basis by lovely staff, there's water bottes to take everyday from near reception. For the price, its incredible find in Japan. It is at walking distance to Nishi market & theres loads of supermarkets nearby.

Complimentary breakfast provided. A first glance it looked small, but the portion was just nice to start the day. Not too heavy. It's easy to move around from hotel. Plenty of convenience shops around - 7-11 is just opposite the road.

In order to switch off the lights, you had to walk at the door for the main switch… also, the breakfast is more like a starter rather than breakfast.

Location is great, easy to get to metro and bus station. Japanese breakfast was great. No water cooker in room, but one is available if you ask for it. Great beds, shower. Good value for money. Totally recommend the place.

There should be another option for complementary breakfast like cheese sandwich and black coffee. The blind should block outside light more ... a darker room is more suitable for a good sleep

It was cramped to be expected in Japan.

Very near to Kyoto and JR subways. Family mart nearby is a kureneko tai-q-bin which is handy for luggage transfer.
