The hotel was in a great location, very clean with awesome amenities. We rode bikes on site all day and had a great time. Wonderful staff, too.

the carpet and the walls had stains that gave the room a "dirty feeling" despite having a clean bed and bathroom.

This hotel was a 10! We liked it so much. Location was great, so well connected and it is in the heart of Asakusa. The hotel is fantastic, decoration stunning and the room so big, with great views of the city. The staff very nice, they were so helpful and the breakfast was nice too.

Excellent location, in a busy area but tucked away in a quiet alley. Asakusa at your fingertips. We stayed in a huge room that was beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was always a joy coming back to our room after a day out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't change a thing (other than wishing we could stay longer).

We had a room with a small patio and it was lovely to be able to rest outside and watch the city lights after a full day of exploring. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and the staff very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

You can feel that the hotel is a bit old, hence in the rooms some of the painting is off etc. But for the rest, very good!!

We liked this hotel a lot. Very well located. Convenient, great service. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo! Highly recommend!

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful! They went above and beyond making my friends and my stay enjoyable! Someone was always there to greet us :) On our last day, the front desk attendant was very helpful in finding us an accommodation for transporting our luggages and finding a taxi. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely visit again! ❤️

Nothing really, took a little while to venture to the otherside of town but that's to be expected

Rooms were clean, comfy, quiet and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I particularly liked the Skincare and pyjamas and ended up purchasing a set!

The bathroom had slight sulfur-y smell but that was a really minor issue.

The room design was very cool and comfortable. The pajamas were a favorite among our group. Overall the room and amenities were thoughtfully put together. The location was also great for exploring older parts of Tokyo.

Room size is naturally smaller but expected for Tokyo.

Room and hotel is stylish. Location is very close to the restaurant and shopping area of Asakusa as well as Senso-ji temple. Nice cozy interior. A bit further out from the Asakusa subway station which has the Asakusa and Ginza line but close to the Tsukuba Express line station.

great location, very quiet inside the rooms - didn't hear people above / below or in hallways like you do in a large chain hotel. bed was a great size, great water pressure and lovely sized bath and generous amenities. the staff were also lovely and friendly!

Nice spacious room with indoor seating area and enjoyed having a balcony. The location was great - easy to walk to attractions in Asakusa and different train stations to get around. Staff spoke good English and were always helpful. The breakfast’s were huge and made a good start to each day.
