Here was the list for improvements during our stay. 1. The bidet spout which came out to spray water needed to be cleaned. 2. The chairs were so low. 3. Please provide a business card or make it available for guests to take with them. We got lost on our first night, and the Taxi was not familiar of the hotel’s name. He dropped us in a wrong location.

We liked the authentic Japanese breakfast. The room was cleaned. Appreciated the provided pajamas and other amenities supplied in the room. The corner room was fantastic along with the view. The front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast was okayish. We preferred getting our own from the nearby supermarket. The cook was really nice though.

The beds were the best we had during our whole vacation. Nice and soft. The room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable with everything you could wish for. The staff is super friendly and many of them speak English really well. The neighbourhood is lively with many bars and restaurants serving meat. Not really a vegetarians’ paradise. Despite all the buzz, the room was quiet at night.

The cafe downstairs wasn't as good as we were hoping, no real food options although it is a lovely spot to sit and relax. Be aware if you book the room on the top floor you will not want to leave!

We originally booked a king size room with balcony but unfortunately the air conditioner in the room broke before we arrived so we were offered a down graded room with a 15% discount for the 3 night stay or a downgraded room for the first night then an upgrade for the next 2 nights, we were very glad we took the second option as the room was amazing, HUGE with a great view of the surrounding area including the temple and a view of the sky tower from the bath. Our favourite thing in the room was the Jetson swivel chair! The bed was soooooooo comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, they even helped me to book a massage. They truely couldn't of been more helpful, amazing! Will remember our stay in this Asakusa treasure forever!

The room would benefit from more hooks or items of furniture to hang coats / clothes from.

Very welcoming staff and lovely reception area with a cafe / bar attached. The room was large (for Tokyo standards) and had all essentials required. It felt freshly decorated / well maintained. Free water was supplied in the mini fridge. The room also had a safe. The bed and duvet were plush and very comfortable - a great nights sleep. The small shower and toilet room was functional, clean and had plenty of pressure.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay ◡̈

AMAZING. This place was absolutely the best. They had the friendliest team of staff who would chat with you when you come back from a long day. They also gave us recommendations on where to go and how to navigate the area around Asakusa. The rooms were huge (we had the one with the balcony!) and the best part? We could see the Tokyo Sky Tree from our balcony at night ◡̈ It's a 3 minutes walk from Hoppy Street - which we loved because we could just head down for late night dinner at 11pm and the izakayas were still opened ◡̈ Asakusa was absolutely lovely, and the area is just a 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Sky Tree. The walk was scenic and we got to enjoy the nice weather along the way there. The room was value for money and we didn't feel like we had overpaid for the place ◡̈ Thank you so much! We'll be back again if we are ever in Tokyo in the future!

Room was a bit small, it appeared bigger on the website but probably perspective pov. Bath room was very small, bathtub looks fragile. We had an issue with the bathtub as the water wasn't coming through. It was a bit annoying.

Personal was kind, the lobby is quite cool and there is a coffee. Location of the hotel was perfect and close to numerous touristic places

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the rooms with a balcony which was a great place to unwind after a day exploring. Our adult kids stayed in one of the twin rooms. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee downstairs was also very good. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay - the location was less hectic than other parts of Tokyo with plenty of eating options in the neighbourhood and a night visit to the Sensoji without crowds was a great bonus.

The wifi was slow at times while streaming on the tv. This may have been more an issue with the tv smart features than the wifi though.

Nice included breakfast, with a little gift package on the last day. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff was extremely accommodating, and the chef prepared a vegetarian breakfast for me upon request.

We knew Asakusa was a bit far out from certain areas so we booked this for our last week in Tokyo so that was fine but be mindful that this place is a 10-15min walk from the station and then from there about half an hour to Shibuya/Shinjuku so it can be quite the journey! But the distance was so worth it after all the smaller rooms we stayed in.

King room with terrace felt like a suite. The bathroom was exceptional by international standards, was not expecting that in Japan. View was divine. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

The room is very spacious and has everything you need. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is a small walk away from Asakusa station and also Senso-ji. I loved this area! The bedding was comfortable and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

The room was compact, but extremely efficient. The location was perfect for visiting Asakusa, Ueno and the nearby neighbourhoods simply by walking. Lovely staff - thank you again. And a delicious Japanese breakfast. I couldn't ask for more on my first days in Japan.

Unsure of the purpose of the record player and large dresser which took up considerable wall space. Wall space would have been better used with a comfortable couch so that the TV could be watched comfortably rather than lying on your side in bed. Having said that, some instructions in English for the use of the TV would be also helpful.

We booked a double room for our son which was perfect for him and a King balcony room for ourselves which was luxuriously spacious. The bathroom was huge and enjoyed a soak in the bath after a long day of walking. The hotel was perfectly situated in a great area, a ten minute stroll from the station. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast both mornings. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They booked a taxi for us on departure and gave advice about cost and time required. Really pleased we booked the hotel for our last two nights in Japan.
