MalaysiaIt is actually 10 minutes walk to Kanazawa station. The room was tiny for two person. As a muslim guest, a lil bit difficult to perform solat because of the limited space. The breakfast just so so because of non halal food, however we enjoyed the breads and drinks.

Staff were very helpful. Although they have limited English, we managed to communicate through a language translator. They helped to arrange luggage transfer to my next hotel. Breakfast at $7 is so reasonable. Room is clean, location only 5 minutes walk from the train/bus station

SingaporeThe room's aircon remote was fixed as warm mode, and I wanna to change to cold mode (as room too dry) but failed, so was forced to open the window instead.... The second day we stayed was a Monday, maybe most of other guests who staying here for work went for breakfast pretty early. Yogurt in the breakfast counter was finished but not refilled again (as the staff said no more...)
I'm staying in single room, the bed size is bigger than the usual Japanese single bed. And it's really comfortable. Room facilities is superb. Free breakfast is simple but good enough (we like the not so hard-boiled's hard-boiled egg), just wonder why the butter was not provided (as fruits jam and cheese were there).

HungaryI liked everything about this hotel - excellent location (just a few minutes walk from Kanazawa railway station), very polite and friendly staff (as usually in Japan). The room was tiny, but perfectly adequate and very clean, with a very comfortable bed, a versatile pillow, nice bathroom. Everything in the room seemed new. The wifi worked well everywhere in the hotel. I appreciated the welcome coffee in the afternoon, and that they let me work in the breakfast area long after closing time when I needed working space for a meeting in a European timezone. I would happily return to this hotel, it was excellent value for money.
