The staff was absolutely professional, kind and helpful. Locality could be better a bit, but tube is right in front of the hotel so no worries. What was the most amazing about the hotel was their breakfast offer. Three types of french toast but … really really good.

The staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, and very comfy. I enjoyed how perfectly located it was to transportation, large market with lots of options, and great restaurants. It was a quick ride on the tram into major shopping areas while being more quietly located. I definitely recommend.

- I liked the breakfast (french toast), but there could have been other alternatives. But the actual french toast was quite good to be honest. - I had only 3 nights in Osaka and it wasn't enough. But that's my mistake.

- My room (queen room) was very good for my needs as a solo traveller. It wasn't that big, but big enough for my needs. - The bathroom was nice and well equipped. - I was surprised how good the location was. I thought that those lively areas would be more far away, but they were really close. Transport was really easy. - People at the reception were friendly and professional.

Incredibly nice room, comfortable bed, nice products and everything you could need is available. The rooms even have a fridge. Quiet and non smoking. I was hoping for a large desk (as I saw in the photos) which the room didn't have, the staff tried to help me and were very nice about it! It's also a very good price for Osaka and right next to different stations, also good food options very close!

Great room for one person. Friendly staff and breakfast was delicious each morning. Extra amenities were available in reception area if needed.

The breakfast was not included but it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel with a limited menu. The room was close to the big road, therefore, it was quite noisy at night.

The room was spacious with two double beds. Bathroom was larger than other business hotels. The beds were comfortable.

Although the location was near an Osaka Metro station, I didn't realize that the line it was on was not part of the the line that are convenient for tourists, although it's not a bad thing, it was just nice to have known beforehand. Another thing to note is that since the rooms were quite small, it's fine if your staying in the room alone or with your partner, but if you will be staying with a friend - I suggest getting two separate rooms.

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing! The location was good in a sense that there is a Konbini just a few steps (about 50m) from the hotel where the entrance to the Osaka Metro was also located. They were also able to accommodate our late check in! Good place to stay if you prefer to have a quieter and calmer area.

Slow wifi connection.

The hotel was very close to a subway station and had a convenience store nearby. Everything was very accessible. Their amenities were also complete; they had laundry machines, a vending machine, and toiletry needs. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and informative. They were always ready to offer help whenever we needed it.

Not much to say here maybe except for the overpriced café menu.

R Hotel Namba South is a few steps away from Exit 4 of Hanazonocho Station of the Osaka Metro. Very near Namba and Shinsaibashi ( via Daikokucho ) Amenities were simple but more than enough especially that you’ll use the room mostly for sleeping. Staff was good in english and would help you with any request.

The staff were lovely! It was a pleasant stay, there was the option to check in luggage early, which was super helpful! The rooms felt tidy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to access.

The hotel is right next to a main street so I could hear the cars, motorcycles, and ambulance driving by. I would say the hotel may not be ideal for those who care about noise when sleeping. The room is also very small, barely has space for opening suitcases.

The staff is very friendly and very willing to help the guests. The hotel is small but very clean and well maintained.

The AC was either inaccessible or unavailable during our stay. We are normally okay with just opening a window, but if you are not okay with noise it won't work for you. Osaka is noisy lol.

It may seem far out from the downtown areas of Osaka, but it really isn't. Its situated directly on top of a Metro station and it takes literally less than 10 minutes to get to the Dotonbori. The room was super clean, and great for 3 people.
