Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaIf you are a light sleeper this location is not for you as you hear the planes taking off all day till 11:00 pm. Also, this location is not near any convenience stores or places to eat if you are on foot!
I liked the efficient use of this small space. The staff is very good and helpful. There is a freezer near the office that offers you light meals to take and microwave in your room.

JapanI was a bit disorganised with my bags etc when I got there, and the stairs to the room made this difficult- but most of that was probably me not the property :)
The staff were beyond helpful! They anticipated my needs, organised a taxi without my needing to ask, and explained everything. Close to the airport, the room.had everything I needed (bed and shower, most importantly!). It was similar to a room I stayed in in Tokyo, only less pretentious

United KingdomYou only get a frozen meal once a day which you cook in your microwave, there is a free vend coffee machine but nothing for breakfast, a small selection of pastries or even small packs of cereals would have been nice - even if you had to supply your own milk. Noise - lots of reviews mention aircraft noise and shaking from the lorries from the nearby logistics companies. We live on a busy main road, earplugs are a daily routine for me at night so I'm used to it but I understand why some people will have problems. The aircraft noise comes with the territory, you are situated smack next to a runway on a very busy international airport so what do you expect? That said NRT has a curfew and closes at 2200 until 0600, so the only disturbance though the night should be from the lorries. Not much in the way of clothes storage like a wardrobe, there were a few coathangars on a wall but there could have been something a little bit more even though I understand space is at a premium in a container.
Staff excellent, couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Room very clean and modern with the usual items like tv, air conditioning but also an air purifier which you don't see too often along with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. I was there on an aviation photo trip so the location was excellent, it is walkable from Shibayamachiyoda Station at a touch under 5k but I understand most won't attempt it, I had a heavy backpack but also rented a bike so perhaps it was easier for me. That aside it's still fairly easy to get to via public transport you just have to make the effort. Convenience stores are close by along with a full blown supermarket within easy reach - particularly if you have a rented MTB or road bike. Washing cloths, cutlery and ear plugs are freely available. Overall a very nice experience, cleanliness and staff made it what it is.

Hong KongI chose here as I thought here is close to airport, so I returned my rented car the day before I leave Japan. Turns out it is not as close to the airport terminal as I think however it is my choice so I have no complaint. Since it is a bit close to airport, there will be quite some noise but acceptable.
It is quite special experience living here. They have a self check in machine but also willing to help you operate the machine. They provided free coffee machine and prepared some instant food for us to microwave in our room. They also provide private parking, and only need 5-10 mins walk to a convenience store. It is not big but got most of the thing you need in the hotel room.

United KingdomNo direct airport shuttle, local bus only (which didn't run between 9.30am-12pm?). Meant we were left to take a taxi which was annoying considering how close we were to the airport.
The free amenities given on entry were amazing - a frozen meal each (fried rice) and unlimited toothbrushes / hairbrushes / towels / razors and more. The room was comfortable and having a fridge, microwave and desk were really nice touches. Bathroom was a good size considering the container style room.

JapanThe fact that I had to fill out information and a covid screening form for myself and each member of my family, having to show my driver license, residence card and them having to take a photocopy of everyones passport. all in all unnecessary given we had booked online (all details provided and paid upfront).
The units themselves are just fine if you are looking for a decent sleep before a flight.

AustraliaThe only thing is that the rooms are very loud, some sound proofing would have been appreciated. It was a bit hard to sleep with the roar of airplanes/cars right outside. Other than that it was a great stay.
Location is amazing, 15 mins from the airport. Taxi was $30, bus was about $3. 1 free frozen dinner each to heat in your room, which was such a nice touch at the end of a long day. Rooms brand new, very clean, just what you needed for a night. Staff friendly.

JapanIf you decide to use the microwave, it will cause the room to smell since it is so small and lacks proper HVAC.
It was good value for what I had paid for. The room was larger than I expected and was comfortable enough. It has a little more room than your standard business hotel in Japan. It made catching an early morning flight at Narita easier.

CanadaThe breakfast was prepackaged Japanese food. I have no idea what it was as I don't read Japanese and the girl on the front desk didn't speak English. She managed to communicate with me that it had to be zapped in the micowave for a couple of minutes. I did that and it tasted good.
