We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was great with lots of cool restaurants and bars nearby and good access to public transport. The staff were nice and the room was spotless with nice amenities.

AustraliaNo microwave in the room. Washing area in the 3rd floor is too small. Dryer not good it will take you forever to dry your clothes. You will pay for washing and drying.
They are helpful to get your luggage stored even if you are not checking in yet and helping also in doing our luggage transfer from Osaka to Tokyo.

Great facilities in a fantastic location , very nice and clean. Free coffee machine and a paid wine dispenser in lobby. There was laundry and an ice machine available as well as water dispensers on every level. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Convenience store just across the street, located within the area of some bars and clubs but no issue with noise. Plenty of food options around
