Warm hospitality with affordable rates! We even received cut fruits and homecooked food. You can use the private bath according to allocation timeslots! You may use it more than once a day if there are more available slots. The bath is great, and you can hear the birds chirping. The manager is so kind and friendly that she will be your temporary mom in Atami! You'll feel at ease here! Highly recommended to those who love a homely feeling!

There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, which may be tricky to access when the hotel is full.

Aya was great and very responsive. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet her during our stay, but her husband was also very kind and helpful. Everything was great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The guesthouse is very well located and not far from the city centre.

The staffs were helpful and very kind. They made us feel like we visited our friend’s house more than just a quest house. Also, the place was very cozy, and had a private onsen! I recommended you shouldn’t miss this place when you come to Atami. 100 out of 10 points from us.

Everything was great!

Atami is absolutely beautiful and this guesthouse is on a hill overlooking it. It’s a very clean, relaxing, and roomy place with comfortable rooms and lounge area. The 温泉 was so perfect for us to refresh after so much travel. My sister and I were really able to relax and the guesthouse owner treated us like family. We love her! And it was very evident she loves hosting and taking care of people. She even drove us to go get food and recommended things. Such a kind woman!! We are so grateful for the opportunity to recoup!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Mr. Kim and Aya are wonderful hosts. The property is located on an uphill route, and we would not have been able to walk there from the station. They arranged to pick us up and send us off upon our arrival and departure. Mr. Kim extended us a bonus service when he drove us out for dinner as well. The resturant he had recommended was a real treat! They really made us feel at home and comfortable. The in-house onsen was clean and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was peaceful despite that many students were being hosted at the same time. The kitchenette had both cold and hot beverages for guests. The breakfast was simple but filled us with warmth. I highly recommend this place!

We can enjoy the beautiful scenery from our room, being able to see Hatsushima from the window. If you go there in summer, you can see the fireworks from the window too. The guesthouse is very neat and clean, with spacious rooms and common area. It is near Kinomiya Shrine and Atami Baien. Can enjoy onsen at a specified time slot. Warm breakfast prepared by the owners. The owners are very hospitable, friendly and energetic. A wonderful journey to Atami!

Not better to park in this property since the slope make it difficult to park and cause the scratch on body. (The problem is curb in charge of Atami city.) You can ask the lord how you park through chat on this application.

The view from the room I had during my stay has a scenic view of Atami, from a hilltop!! There is also a view of Atami Castle from afar. The Villa is located in a super quiet neighborhood and is only a short distance to the Kinomiya Shrine (for those wishing good fortune and luck). The heart-warming and friendly proprietor was certainly helpful in making my stay, a pleasant and delightful experience, especially after an arduous cycle journey from Hiratsuka to Atami! Kudos to the proprietor for having guests feel most welcomed. Thank you!

This was the best place we stayed in Japan during our 4 weeks of travel. We did not expect it to be so spacious and inviting. The hostess was very attentive, always eager to make our stay pleasant. We felt like at home, even better than home. The house itself is extremely beautiful, the views are fantastic, and the onsen in the house was very good, too. We will definitely stay here again next time, and we are telling all our friends to come to Japan and stay here. The town of Atami exceeded our expectations, too.

It is really uphill and I came by bike, so it was kinda hard to reach. But you can just take the bus to come here, or walk, either is fine. It might be a bit hard to find even with your gps so be sure to check where it is exactly (or ask the locals, they will help you!)

An incredible place to stay in, especially for this price! A great view, a nice room, a little private onsen that you can book, Japanese (or western) breakfast... And more importantly, great hosts, and a great hospitality! They can speak English fluently so if your japanese isn't quite there yet, you'll still be fine. I'll definitely come back here again.

The bathroom is only the onsen and you only have one hour to use it, you will have to reserve once you check in. And the bathroom is closed after 9 and hence not very convenient. There is no stove or induction in the pantry. Only microwave and oven. There is some hair on the futon.

The scenery is good. If you go there at the hanabi daikai or summer festival will be better as you can see the fireworks from good view (claimed by the owner). Free onsen.
