Very clean and fresh-feeling room with comfortable bed, washing machine (with detergent!), and nice large sink/kitchen area friendly for tall travelers. Interesting location with lively activities nearby.

At first, finding the apartment was really hard for us as it was not near the main street. The guide was helpful but the apartment is still hard to find when we went there at night time. We also did not know that the apartment was very near adult entertainments so we were shocked to see many women near the hotel. Lastly, the toilet does not have bidet so we were disappointed.

The apartment was very spacious. We really appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The location is near Don Quijote which we really like.

There was no stand/space to dry our clothes. The walls are a bit thin so could hear people talking/walking outside. The room could be slightly cleaner but was not bad.

I had a very good 4 days. Clean comfortable room. You have all in the room . Like an apartment. There is a big shopping mall nearby and market. If you want to go to Nara, the train station is close. You can go easily daily. Owner answered a few of my questions immediately. Thanks Reifa

Finding the place was a bit difficult. The lack of a sign makes it hard to find it. Although, the host provided a good amount of reference photos to find it

The sound proofing could be better but this is true across the whole of Japan so not really a problem!

The room was larger than I expected, with a separate utility room with a washing machine and large sink, compact shower room and fridge with a microwave in the bedroom (which also fit a desk and chair). The room was a little hard to find at first as the front door is at the side of the building, but it felt very safe and secure despite being in a slightly less good neighbourhood. The hosts were really proactive and when we couldn't get the washing machine to work, they were over within an hour to sort it out for us and even brought cold drinks.

I could not find the place due to google maps indicating another door nearby. But thankfully the host came even though it was past 10pm, they came quickly to indicate me the correct location, helped me retrieve the keys and helped me with my luggage.

There are two major issues: - Small black roaches can be found (I found 3 in 4 days) - The sound insulation is basically inexistent. I personally don't mind, but it can be a problem for people who struggle to sleep at night or have very light sleep. The house was clean but not perfectly well. I would say that maybe it's more a 7,5/10 than 8, but that's ok.

The overall stay was good.

Maybe you can provide some international charging pins so that we can use international chargers. We could not use our indian travel adapter in the room.

The accommodation/ room itself was good - comfortable, clean and it has good amenities. It's close from the station and good for value. The only thing is it's located right in the red light district and we felt unsafe being out especially after evening. I wouldn't have stayed in this location if we knew beforehand.

The property is in the part of the city where there a lot of what look like brothels, and you need to walk through some of it from the tube station to get to it. As a female solo traveller I found the location and the way from the tube station to it a bit sketchy to be honest, especially since in the evening there are pretty much only men walking the streets around it! Everything else was lovely and the room is very large, so I would still consider it suitable for a couple or two friends, or a male solo traveller. I would just not suggest it if you are a woman travelling alone!

Very large room, with a small separate laundry room where you can also hang clothes. Very clean too. Easy check in.

1. We did not know while booking that it is located in a red light area. It wasn't dangerous, just awkward for us as a married couple. 2. Any movement from upstairs could be heard from our room. At times in the middle of the night. 3. Cobwebs on wall corners and under the sink cabinets. 4. Black roaches.

The house was nice and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and facilities. It is a self check-in facility. The host inquired through texts and responded well. For this price, good deal. When I complained about roaches the host acknowledged and promised to improve.
