Very nice location. Clean, nice amenitie, especially the shower gel smelled really nice. The room has a massage chair which is very nice to use after a day of walking in Tokyo. Th staff is really helpful.

I found one hair in the bathroom and wished there was a larger floor towel for there. Besides that I felt like the cleanliness was excellent.

I loved the thoughtful amenities in the room like the massage chair. I loved the commitment to sustainability and showing the SDGs, and like having the a/c off upon leaving until the key card is in. I liked the ability to pick 3 amenities upon check-in and professional communication and to be able to leave my luggage before check-in and afterwards until our flight.

Unfortunately, I reserved for one person and had my partner stay with me. Well, they charged me 3,000 yen per night just for adding one key. I know this nonsense is common in Japan but I was not expecting this from this chain. If you travel +1, be careful and perhaps look at better deals.

Room is very small. Front desk stuff doesn't speak English well. Communication was little hard. Also made mistake in payment so we had to stop by counter to fix it.

Good location. Near walk to train station. Mindful nearest exit to the hotel does not have a lift. Luggages might be an issue. Room is big for its price, bigger room than normal hotel in Japan. Super worth it

The stuff we’re helpful and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel location was great, only 3 minutes walk from the main Ginza shopping street. It also has a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was clean and we had a room service every day.

There was a weird smell when I first entered the room. I think it was coming from the drain in the shower room. It disappeared when I turned on the AC and ventilated it for a while. The room and the shower room were clean. Don't be misunderstood.

Worth staying. Clean rooms and facilities, kind staff, fast wifi, and a really good location. Good stores, department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations are all around you. 7 minutes of walking distance to several subway lines and stations: Shimbashi Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Subway Asakusa Line, Yurikamome Line, JR Tokaido Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, JR Yamanote Line, and JR Yokosuka Line), Ginza Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line), and Higashi-Ginza station(Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Subway Asakusa Line). If you take the “Keisei-Narita Sky Access" from the Narita airport directly to downtown Tokyo, you can get there without transferring. It's an express subway skipping some stations. But it can be crowded It's basically the same as the regular subway with no reserved seats. But it will take you from the Narita airport to the subway station(Shimbashi Station) in front of your hotel without a single transfer. (**Don't be confused with any regular subways. It runs every 40 minutes.**)
