The hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to Susukino so it's not too far away from the city area. The hotel has parking for $1000 yen a night. There is also a fitness center and status lounge with free drinks and snacks. There are also plenty of restaurants on site. The place was quite fancy and the rooms very spacious.

Location..it's little bit far from the city but we can use taxi and taxi fare is quite cheap.

I really appreciate the staffs. They are so helpful and kind. During check - in, I was complained due to there was no bell boy that helped in the lobby so i need to drag my suitecases alone and airport bus that i thought it was in the lobby but it turned out is outside the hotel. The staffs listened my complained carefully and they assisted me during my stays. They helped me booking taxi to city and when i checked out, they helped carried out my suitcases until in front of limousine bus stop since it was rainy snow heavily so it's hard to carry 2 suitecases alone. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I love it. The staffs really made my stay feel comfortable. thank you tsubaki sapporo staffs :)

The bed was a bit too firm

Everyone was great and the place has an amazing view of the river and the city with the mountains in the distance. The free shuttle service is a plus and very convenient. The free drinks in the lounge was a nice moment to rest and enjoy the view.

Huge luxurious property, extremely comfortable beds and wonderful shower. We loved being able to use the Members Lounge room on the 10th floor. We had an exceptional stay and had a fantastic view of the river that we enjoyed looking out at every night before bed and first thing when we woke up.

No real complaints. The breakfast selection could be better. Can sometimes be crowded in one of the break fast rooms. Otherwise great hotel.

I’ve used this hotel a couple times now. It’s clean and comfortable and professional. Rooms are spacious. It’s conveniently located close by to Susikino and a bus out front will take you into downtown Sapporo. Breakfast is good. The staff are attentive and professional.

Location is good. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up from Sapporo Station every hour or so but since we missed it, we took a public bus from Sapporo Station to get to the hotel which was not too bad although crowded. We also appreciated that there is an airport limousine public bus that picks up from right across the street from the hotel. It may not always be on time though. The room was spacious and large for three people but there was a slight smell. We wish we got to use the fitness room and sauna more but it isn't open late at night so we would often come back too late for it.

If I have to type something it would be that the hotel is on the other side of the river so you’ll have a 20mins walking to get to the main street, for me it’s not a negative thing
