Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandThe location is near the station and close to the restuarant, shopping area and Tenjin central park which's very beautiful in Cherry blossom season. Onsen on 14th floor is really good

ThailandWe did not know that it was in red light district area. It is not suitable for family with kid. Quite scary at night. Staff forgot to give my wife the spa access card so she had to go back and forth to ask at lobby.
Great bath. The hotel is new and the room is spacious. Very helpful staff.

VietnamThe entrance of the hotel can be hard to found at first because it was hidden behind a tree if you are coming from Nakasukawabata station
The hotel locates right in the middle of the central area of Fukuoka. Was sparkingly clean. Others facilities are great!

United KingdomBreakfast in the Italian restaurant downstairs was the usual buffet mix of Japanese and Western fare. But is it too much to hope for a decent. up of coffee in an Italian restaurant? Apparently it is.
Great location. 3 minute walk to the subway line to the airport and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The views from the 13th floor lobby were spectacular. Rooms are as you would expect in a business hotel - small but well- equipped. There is a public bath on the 14th floor, which has views over the city.

PhilippinesIt's beside a lot of host clubs and girly bars so if that's not your thing, you might need to stay indoors at night (on the other hand, if you are into that thing then go ahead and enjoy 😅) I didn't like to leave, that's what I didn't like the most. 😄
It was at the night district and there are many shops and restaurants that are open until night time. It's also walking distance from the station and a supermarket so it's very convenient. The room is slightly bigger than that of a business hotel and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Oh and the onsen is conveniently located beside the washing machine area so you can wash your clothes as you relax and bathe at the onsen area.

HungaryFor the taxi ordering an application should have been downloaded, but it has not supported by our European telephone number. The crew definitely denied to call a taxi for us, so it was a problem at very early depatrure to airport. The reception was harly found in the 13th. floor.
In the middle of the town - but it was in the middle of pleasure district. In the first floor was a good food-shop. Near to railwaystation ( relatively...)

AustraliaWe had two stays and one the first night were on the 8th floor, it was far enough above the street to avoid the noise. the second stay of two nights was on the fourth and we had one night of rowdy noise until around 2am.
Great location very central to the Yatai, canal town and shopping. The rooms were clean and functional as well as a decent size. The complimentary vanity products and coffee drip filters was also a nice surpirse.

CanadaIt’s located in the red light district. It has windows that open enough for a small person to fall through. The floor is uneven in the room and bathroom and tilts one way. Floors were sticky. Some of the bedding had permanent stains on the them.

AustraliaNot a deal breaker but sometimes the elevators can be very slow.
Comfortable, had all I needed for a solo traveller. Good shower facility and heating/In the heart of Nakasu. Close to the subway, easy to get to and from the airport. Love the onsen on the top floor. I booked this Hotel at the last second as I had accidentally booked a smoking room elsewhere (couldn’t handle the smell), I was lucky there was a room available.

The hotel was located in a pretty central area where we could walk around to the train stations or shopping malls nearby. We booked a triple room for 3 of us and there was ample space for us to walk around even with all of our luggages open.
