-it was a little stuffy and not sure if the fan was actually working -I messaged and asked to switch my mixed room to a room on the female floor as I saw online there were some vacancies. They told me I can only do that once I arrive to see if there is a vacancy on that day. There was still vacancy when I checked in so they were able to accommodate but I don’t know why it was an issue to do it beforehand which the room cost was the same. -I felt the common room could’ve had more things. It felt pretty barebones

-loved the location! -it was clean and had everything you needed -loved that you can place your luggage under the bed. The ceiling was high as well so the room felt very spacious and comfortable

The capsule rooms got very hot and although they had an AC unit you could turn on, it was very minor. Also, the pillows could use some work

Everything! From the nice "bedrooms" with very comfy mattresses and pillows to the spare toothbrushes and hairbrushes in the shared bathroom. Loved the shared living room where you can sit down to have a chat or get some work done. Lively staff and always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Everything was very clean!

The mattress and pillow were uncomfortable and minimal air flow in the sleeping pods.

I loved the pods - spacious, clean and quiet. The hostel has all the amenities you could need. The common areas, vending machines, restrooms and showers were well situated on multiple levels for convenience. The friendly staff were happy to help with lending an umbrella or offering assistance. I found the bedroom extremely warm, but the staff were able to alter this from the front desk.

Incredible capsule/hostel style hotel with lovely amenities and very clean common areas. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of space in your pod. Bathrooms and showers were very well kept and clean. Common area that is nice and quiet and has coffee and water available. Quick walk to the main streets. Would stay again.

I can't really imagine what could be criticized. It was just perfect place.

If possible I would give it more than 10 points. This was so far the best hostel I visited. Everything worked nicely, personel was super polite and the bed was just wonderful. They also had a board of recommended places to visit on map, written by travelers. I will check it next time :)

I have apprehensions when it comes to staying in a hostel but this place exceeded my expectations without breaking my budget. I felt like I stayed in a hotel, tbh. I like that there is still enough privacy in each bed and although the room is shared with 10 other people, it's very quiet. The facility is very clean and well-kept. I love that everyday there's fresh towels (face & body!) and things like toothbrush, hair brush, razor, napkin and even lotion is available for free. I was worried about the shower room but it was spacious and there's even area to change. Plus points for the water pressure and the area where you can sit down after a long day. I also love the powder room for women that is accessible by any female guests. It's a simple but thoughtful touch. Location is very convenient. It is walking distance to Sensoji Temple, the subway, a huge Don Quixote and there are many good restaurants around. The property is near a tourist spot but it didn't feel crowded and noisy. I would choose to stay here again or I would definitely recommend to friends who will visit Tokyo.

Air was too still in bed compartments when it gets too warm

Cosy rooms, warm atmosphere. Especially loved making friends in the lounge. Only about 3 mins walk from Sensoji.

The pictures match the place. It's perfectly situated near Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa Shrine. The area has so many great food options and a mall within walking distance. I found it very comfortable, and the facilities were clean. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again when I return to Tokyo!

There is a space under the bed for luggage but there is just a bicycle lock to secure the luggage. As the space is quite large it might be more useful if there was a way of closing & locking that space.

This capsule hotel was great, I only stayed one night but I would definitely come back. It was clean, the capsules were quite large and comfortable the facilities were very nice( showers, bathroom etc…) the common area was a lovely place to chill out.

While the individual room was clean, and comfortable - it was stuffy. I don’t know if the fan/air conditioning actually did anything.
