Excellent location. Walking distance to metro station and Asakusa main tourist areas. Clean and well maintained. Easy and direct access to/from Narita via an express train which stops at Asakusa station

Really nice hostel, the beds are cozy and equipped with all you need! Overall new and clean facilities, the showers are great and loved the powder room with toiletries!

Nothing really! This is just a minor thing, but I wasn't able to figure out how to unroll the curtain inside the room.

The location is near Tawaramachi Station (Ginza line) Convenience stores and Nakamise-dori Street are just within walking distance The bathroom and lobby are really nice! Staff are friendly and welcoming (they also allow you to leave you luggage after checkout) I love the overall ambience!

Some nights it got a little warm under the covers and the fan didn’t help much. But it wasn’t too bad.

I can confidently say that Resol Poshtel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and inviting ambiance, and I instantly felt at home. The attention to detail and the quality of service were outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. My initial stay was so enjoyable that I attempted to extend it, but unfortunately, there were no available rooms. I reluctantly had to spend a night at another hotel before eagerly canceling and securing my place at Resol Poshtel as soon as there was an opening. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Tokyo. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to various attractions and excellent dining options. I was so impressed with my experience that I've already recommended Resol Poshtel to my friends who are planning to visit Tokyo soon. This will undoubtedly be my go-to hotel in Tokyo for all future visits. Thank you, Resol Poshtel, for making my stay truly exceptional!

For me personally, i dont think a hostel is for me. I am too conscious of making noise an was hoping to meet some people, but there was no interaction with other guests.

I did not expect it to be so quiet. I enjoyed my little cabin and was not bothered by others. The bathrooms were super nice as well. Very clean and all amenities available

it could get a little bit hot in the capsules at night if you close the shade. the fan inside of the capsule is too weak.

The hostel was so clean. Loved having our own capsules with storage and space to lock backpacks underneath. The bathrooms were very clean. We loved the location in Asakusa, with plenty to eat and see.

Would be nice if kitchen had a microwave but that’s about it!

Super comfy, the rooms were some of the nicest, everything very clean, the showers were separated into male/female and you needed a key card to get into them so that was a nice extra bit of safety. Location was great too, lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Great location, you don’t need to walk very far for train station, food or bars! The whole space is very well thought out with convenient luggage storage and great bathroom facilities. I couldn’t fault the stay. The staff member on check out was lovely too by being very accomodating with my late check out!

The pillow was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

This is definitely one of the more comfortable, luxurious capsule hotels in Tokyo, with roomy capsules and a lovely powder room for women. It is an amazing price for the facilities, and in a great part of Tokyo (in easy walking distance to the Senso-Ji temple).

Absolutely great place to stay in Ueno/Asakusa. Cabins are spacious and we'll designed with storage. They are actually tall enough to hang clothing in which is nice. Ventilation inside the cabin is great, and there is space under the bed to store a large suitcase. There's even a lighted sign to show which showers are in use. The details were really well thought out here

Best capsule hotel I've ever been to, better then some 5* hotels. Toilets/facilities are well maintained and fresh. The capsule bed is spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Large security box (can fit Macbook 13"). large luggage space under bed. Great location. Fantastic value for money.
