United StatesWe had an 8 pax van which couldn’t fit on property, so we had to use the parking lot next door, which is one of the reasons why we chose this location.
Location was perfect to attend the Autumn Festival event occurring all month in September in Odori Park. We just needed to cross the street and be in the midst of all the great food, drinks and desserts being sold by multiple vendors. Our room was large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing! We mtService also is impeccable, you can’t help but feel special!

AustraliaLocation : Able to walk from Sapporo Station. Nice environment being next to Odori Park Lots of eating places and shopping for all levels close by. A big bonus was the Festival with all the wonderful, colourful floats very close by and which I enjoyed a lot. Room: A little small for 2 people but good for one person. Space didn't matter since the park was right there and just beautiful with the good weather I enjoyed Airport: A big bonus to have the airport bus stop outside the hotel with timetable

I like how there’s an airport bus stop in front of the hotel and there’s a subway station very near to the hotel.

Location of the hotel. Next to a subway stop and short walk to restaurants and clubs. Walking distance to main train station and some of the sights. Room was a little small but enough space for one person though a bit of of a squeeze when the bags were open. Good hot shower with amenities provided. There is also an airport bus stop directly in front of the hotel but the journey is longer than the train. Staff could communicate in basic English

AustraliaWe were on the floor with the smoking room just outside the lift and the smell was quite strong when you got out of the lifts and as you walked along the corridor. Luckily we couldn’t smell it when we got into the room. The staff did offer to move us to a floor without a smoking room for our second night’s stay but by then we had unpacked (including lugging ski gear) so we declined.

Good Location. Walking distance to subway, trams, and sapporo train station. Tourist attractions were also easily accessible from the hotel. Environment is quiet, other than the noise coming from the ventilation. Last but not least, it is clean and hygienic.
