Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful and peaceful property with modern and clean rooms. A peaceful oasis to come home to. We loved the private onsen (additional fee to use) and the very friendly and accommodating staff (especially Sato)! Nice touches including cozy robes, slippers & free ice cream.

Staff warm and welcoming. Helpful in every way. Good value, peaceful rooms and very clean and well laid out. Coffee and tea facilities in room and nice a touch of a free mini bar. Near reception a small fridge where you can help your self to ice cream. Staff helpful and the breakfast was delicious. You can tell the staff take pride in their jobs. There is a private onsen near the rooms. You book your time and can enjoy a thermal spring bath experience in a private room and enjoy relaxing after the days sightseeing and hiking.

United StatesAny complaint would be nit-picking. It’s a lovely place. Maybe the room was too warm and we couldn’t get the “mode” to switch from heating to cooling. But we opened the window and that worked.
Great location, close to major shrines along the world heritage route, yet a bit removed from the bustle. Absolutely wonderful staff was super friendly and helpful. Surprisingly good dinner. Big and good breakfast.
