Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe double bed is too small for some of us who would prefer a queen or a king, but that was something we should have checked before booking the room. Most of the staff struggled with English which I don’t get considering the hotel was full of tourists! No plug points on the one side of the bed and no room made it really awkward for the one person sleeping to get in and out of bed.
It was very conveniently located in the district. The rooms were spotless and the separate toilet and bath/shower was great!

United StatesThe room was very tight even for one person. There is no laundry string to hang dry clothes. The japanese style shower is not as versatile as other japanese style showers in other hotels, and is a bit of a pain to use. The front desk, though nice enough, were not quite as pleasant or helpful as other stays I've had.
The bed was comfortable and the view was nice. Great location.
