Distance was slightly further from the nearest subway station and in a quieter location, however that trade off is to be expected for the size of the room.

The space was more than sufficient for a family, it was also clean and modern and new with great views in winter. Kitchen and laundry appliances are also available.

There is no staff available on site, you need to chat with them via message if you need help. There is no parking lot available on site; need to find the coin-parking closed to the hotel.

Room is so large with many bed available for family. There is two bathroom available in the room with dinning table and large projector screen for kids to play the game. Comfort and great for family vacation. :)

Great place to stay in Sapporo for a few days! The room seemed somewhat small for us 3 people but ended up being surprisingly functional and comfortable despite the size, and we slept very well. Everything we needed was there: clothes washing, even a microwave for heating up food. There were many small restaurants and even a very nice yakiniku nearby.

What is there not to like is the question. The value of money is subjective. I felt it was worth every single penny and more. Everyone in my family loved it and that is priceless.

This was a fantastic place. We always have trouble finding suitable lodging for our family of five, and our preference is always for us to stay together. Sapporo Riverside exceeded my expectations. It has excellent facilities. All the furnishings are brand spanking new. Two showers, one bath, two toilets. We loved it so much that we were sad to leave. The location is by the river. 7-11 is just a stone's throw away (you could literally throw a stone at it), and a few more are within striking distance. There were also great restaurants around. We found a sushi restaurant that served a generous portion of tobiko in their rice bowl. I can't wait to go back.

No breakfast available at the hotel. It is kind of service apartment; so you can cooked by yourself. No parking lots on-site but there are coin-parking around the hotel.

Big space for a whole family; up to 8 beds in one room available at the hotel. Full-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Projector screen in the living room; kids will love it. Great bathtub with two bathrooms.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kids love the bean bags, the little swing, the big projector screen and switch game. The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. We drive and find it’s convenient location not far from major attractions in the city.

Everything is perfect and the kids love the rooms! It is located just beside the river at the quieter part of Sapporo, but walkable to the busy restaurant streets. We also spotted a small fox from the room window. The bath tub was also the best :’)

The double deck beds. The stairs to the upper decker beds are blocking the beds below and needed to be mindful of our heads when going in and out of the lower deck beds.

We love the amenities that comes with the room, like the washing machine, microwave oven, 2 bathrooms. The river view is really awesome. The location is good, walkable distance to the city centre and subway station, but far enough from the bustling city noise.

Just one thing tho, the washing machines need to be maintained -- full of lint and dirt from previous users. Also, vacuum cleaner at the 2nd floor was broken. Needed to borrow the one at the 3rd floor

The room is very clean and comfortable. The room layout is cleverly designed, it gives enough space for the three of us to relax and enjoy our stay. Plus, the view from the room is so beautiful.

The location is about 8 minute walk from the closest station. It was ok, as you would expect to do some walking in Japan. However, if you had big luggages, you may consider getting a taxi.

We stayed in a theatre room. It was fantastic. There was enough space for my whole family of 4. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a five day stay. It had a washing machine to keep our clothes cleaned. It even had a projector, a big screen and a bose sound system to keep us entertained. The view from the room facing Toyohira river was so beautiful.

We’ve enjoyed our stay at Riverside hotel, the room layout was perfect for a big family. It was a real treat to be able to see summer fireworks on the first night of our stay.
