There were 3 wardrobes but only 4 hangers in each of them.

We booked a sea view suite and it was fantastic. The view was great however it was a rainy season so we couldn't go out to the balcony and the viewing platform above the restaurant. The room was very huge, clean and there were 2 toilets and shower so it's really convenient for our family of 5. Staffs were friendly and helpful when we asked them to help us order food delivery from a local restaurant over the phone. Fast and easy self service check-in and check-out. Overall a very comfortable stay and we would love to come back here again.

Breakfast was ok, I would have expected a bit better from such a high quality property.

Spectacular location and huge 2-floor apartment in a property with spectacular views. Several bedrooms including a Japanese-style one with tatami floors. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom: there is also a washing machine and dryer. The weather was not great so we changed from the villa with the swimming pool to the flat, but if the weather is nice the view from the pools must be spectacular. In the nice season, guests from the flats can anyway use the communal pool.

Our stay at Loisir Terrace & Villas was terrific! We had the pool to ourselves. The rooms, bathroom, extra toilet, closets, and everything looked modern and clean.

The pool was closed even though booking.com said it was open. I was truly disappointed as this is one of the reasons we picked this location.

The beds are a bit hard for us but still acceptable.

The facilities are fantastic, especially the washing machine and dryer which worked very efficiently. Breakfast foods are fresh and tasty.

The breakfast was great assortment of high quality food. The infinity pool and outdoor tub was great addition to enjoy the breathtaking view. The room was spacious and grand with direct view of the bridge. The interior bathroom is great as well. The island and building is easy to reach by vehicle.

The hotel has a shortage of staff, and there aren't many additional facilities. Perhaps due to high humidity, there is a slight musty smell in the rooms and restaurant.

Located in the mountains, it offers a distant view of the Kouri Bridge, and it is very quiet at night.

The shower head is really too strong so that it is uncomfortable for child. If it can be adjusted it will be perfect.

Room 101 is close to lobby and public, privacy will be better for room 102 or later. Building construction is so close to the villa pools, noisy a lot especially in morning time

It smelled like sewage everywhere we went. The hours of the pool were not convenient. They closed too early.

The property was beautiful. There was some confusion on my room. But the error was with booking.com and not the hotel.

there were 2 rooms in the apartment on the ground floor. the air circulation was poor, especially in the room with a small window for a hidden patio. it felt moist all the time. the shared pool was good but we could have used sun chairs.
