Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Hong KongThe location is not close to the JR station and not much food choices around, mostly Ramen. The bunk bed design is dangerous for kid to climb up and down because it has no handle and kids’ hands are too small to hold on thick wood to balance. Their Bunk bed is for adult.
It’s a new hotel. Spacious and clean. We had 4 adults and 2 children in a two double bed and a bunk bed bedroom, it has sufficient space for 4 large suitcases and one hand carry. The room is spotty clean.

MalaysiaThe information sent about accessing the room was not correct, the access PIN was wrong and it was unclear whether staff would be in attendance. once we actually got in which involved knocking on the front door, everything was smooth.
Good location within 10 minutes walk of 2 Metro stations. A quiet area with restaurants and shopping facilities. The room, (family suite) was an excellent size with comfortable beds, a well equipped bathroom and a seating area.

Fantastic beds and bathroom facilities. Close to station and ginza district but nice quiet area. Room was large as shown. Staff were friendly and helpful, we left airpods after checkout and they contacted us immediately so that we could retrieve them. Would definitely stay here again.

New ZealandA lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, overlooking a small park. The room was attractive, spacious and well laid out, with two double beds and a clever bunk, as well as seating. The amenities were hidden away behind a panelled wall, making it aesthetically pleasing. Good location close to Kayabacho metro station (about 5 minute walk). Nice small restaurants nearby. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Lovely morning with local park view. although this area is financial street, it retains the atmosphere of a traditional downtown. Enjoy a good neighborhood coffee stand and friendly staffs.

TaiwanThis is the worst accommodation that I've experienced in booking.com. I checked in for the 1st day and found it's not very clean. After we took shower and put the bed sheets on about 30min, all my family's skin started to get rash, red and allergic. We couldn't sleep and were all itchy and became very uncomfortable all night long. The next day we reflected, the owner only said it never happended. He only can change the bed sheets for us. It never happened does not mean it will not happen. It's definately the bed sheets problem. But I don't see any proactive actions. I choose Sakura Cross is because of its good rating but I'm very disappointed about the owner's reply. I will never ever stay here again. For those who is going to plan vacation or visiting plan in Tokyo, pls do consider this and do not choose here.

United StatesRoom simply wasn’t clean. Lots of dust from air conditioning unit on walls. Bunk bed rails were loose so I didn’t feel comfortable letting kids sleep up there.
The location is good in terms of proximity to Tokyo station and the Ginza district. The ease of check-in is very convenient. The bathroom and shower were nice.
