The bathroom is very small with poor ventilation so it felt very stuffy. The double bed is next to the wall so it’s a little hard to access for two people. Also, the bed felt uncomfortable for me.

The location is great and the staff is very nice and friendly. They provide a lot of free toiletries. The rooms are cute.

They don’t have their own restaurant so you need to explore outside when your looking for breakfast .

The location is perfect.It is just few minutes walk from Shibuya Station.The hotel staff can speak English which is very helpful.

On booking.com the hotel lists laundry as part of the accommodations. The laundry was a 15 mile walk from the hotel.

We liked the hotel in total but we didn’t love that the cleaning process took so long and you can’t go back at your room during this.

The only pain point is the lighting inside the room (it was a little bit too dark in my opinion, considering that in the main space where the bed is placed there is no central light on the ceiling, but just a table lamp on the desk.). But I guess it was also related to the style and atmosphere of the building.

The location is really great (5 min-walking distance from Shibuya Station). The room is small, but with all the comforts. If you arrive from Shibuya Station, you can also avoid to cross the bridge in front of the hotel with luggages. Just walk straight 2 minutes more and you can easily cross the street avoiding to carry suitcases or heavy backpacks ;-) I really appreciated that the Reception staff welcomes you every morning with hot coffee and when you get back in the late afternoon/evening they give you everyday a bottle of water for free.

Small room, small dustbin but it's normal in Japan. Entrance is with stairs thus be prepared to climb up a bit with luggage

Lovely in-room vintage decor. Great location, within walking distance to Shibuya station. Helpful staff. Good hot tub and strong in-room wifi. The hotel staff was willing to keep our luggage for a few hours even after checkout at no cost. Really appreciated.

Facilities are a little old but it’s whatever LOL ☺️ didn’t bother me

It had everything I needed to be comfortable. The hotel is a little hard to find especially because Shibuya is confusing but once you figure out the way it’s alright. The price is unbeatable and the staff are very pleasant and polite. I suppose I was lucky with my room as I have read some other disgruntled customers. I actually liked the key return policy so I wouldn’t lose my keys, and I felt safer knowing that strangers/ unauthorised hotel guests weren’t entering.

Convenient location in Shibuya, with 24 hour access. Staff friendly and very helpful - conversant in English as well as Japanese. Rooms were no frills but very tidy. Free morning coffee available in the small lounge area before heading out each day was a nice touch.

We had 4 big luggage, it requires a bit of walking to the hotel which makes it hard with so many to carry. But we would still prefer this hotel, it was a lovely stay.
