The breakfast was acceptable. The location was great for guests wanting to start the Shinanami Kaido bike ride. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and facilities were more than acceptable.

So close to onomichi port, great view, comfortable bed, good desk for working, very helpful staff who gave me a map for the temple walk and helped me find an e-bike! They were great.

We had planned to ride the Shimanami Kaido and booked the hotel for the night before we started the ride. Fabulous location, friendly and knowledgeable staff - highly recommend!

This is a lovely hotel with excellent location, but I thought the best thing was the extremely helpful and cheerful staff, from the front desk to the coffee shop/restaurant - they were so kind and welcoming!!!!!

- Pillows too hard and thick (as always) - the quilt was big and heavy, a lighter model would be much more comfortable

- nice view from my room to part of town and the harbor - comfortable, firm mattress - wifi excellent - window can be opened - very centrally located and yet very quiet - staff was very helpful, in particular David answered all the questions I had, reg. restaurants, bike hire, temple walk etc

Noise isolation is rather poor, sounds from outside and other rooms carried into the room.

Great spot to spend the night before starting your Shimanami Kaido cycling trip. The room is spacious (for a business hotel) and should fit two people just fine. The view was simply amazing, you can see all the ship traffic in the channel as well as city views.

The western breakfast selection wasn't great, but they did have scrambled eggs and yoghurt and some fruit, and it was well priced, so can't complain!!

I loved this hotel! The room was super large with two windows looking out to a great view of the city and water! Beds were comfy and we both slept very well. The aircon wasn't noisy at all.

We didn't get our Japanese breakfast set on the second day because apparently their staff has wrongly inputted it into the system, it's written 和食/Japanese on our breakfast ticket but the kitchen staff received 洋食/Western order. As a result, neither the Japanese or Western breakfast set were served to us on the second day. Well the breakfast buffet foods were enough and delicious, but we kind of disappointed that we didn't get our breakfast set we've paid for.

Great location which is very close to Onomichi Station, and large room with nice view towards Mukaishima Island.
