Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong Kongeverything is fine, just 2 mins walk from metro station, room is clean and quite, can communicate with the staff using english, can keep the luggage for few hours after check out. Suggest the hotel to provide drinking water at lobby, because not all guests prefer drinking tap water.

JapanRoom too small, couldn’t find a room safe. Welcome coffee was the worst I have ever had.
Cheap, convenient and clean. Nearby parking is cheaper than more central car parks. Drug store opposite the hotel has a wide variety of items, including food.

IndonesiaGreat location with only 2 minutes walk from Fushimi Station and 15 minutes to Nagoya Station. Drugstore in front of the hotel and konbini nearby. Free coffee and wide selection of pillows. The highlight is massage chair at the room which is exactly what we need after long walk

Japan10am checkouts suck. The room is small, but comfortable and clean, so I guess for the price it was OK. I have a knee problem so I couldn’t use the bath or shower as it was too high, and I couldn’t sit down on the toilet as there was no handrail.
It is a good location. Supermarket-like drugstore across the road, numerous 24 hour convenience stores and many restaurants. The room has everything you need, plus reception has other items you can borrow. In the area there is cheap parking (¥1000 for 24 hours we paid). Breakfast was standard level Japanese style, but the breakfast staff were very nice. Comfortable bed.

Hong KongThe hotel would be more convenient if it were closer to the main station. If you have heavy luggage then the subway is a little challenging. That’s not the hotel’s fault but rather ours. I was happy with the hotel.
This was a last-minute booking due to unforeseen delays. We were glad of this business hotel and stands up against all the other business hotels that offer a similar service. I was pleased and happy with the hotel.

BulgariaThe room was quite small but it suffices to say that's normal for Japanese hotels. The breakfast is not worth the money - the neighbourhood is absolutely amazing, go spend that same money in some of the local "Japanese morning service" places and eat anko pan :')
Just about everything a young couple needs when staying in a regular hotel just to mainly sleep in the night. The rooms were clean, there is a "pillow bar" one can choose from depending on their preference of pillow, free packaged lotions and razors, etc. Overall great.

JapanMe and my friend went to Ghibli Park Nagoya and this hotel is just near the Fushimi Station that took us directly to Fujigaoka where we took the Linimo Line bound to Ghibli Park itself. It's really convenient! The staffs are really accomodating too and we slept comfortably in our rooms. I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever visit Nagoya in the near future. 100% recommended!

SwedenThe ceiling around the air conditioner was a bit dirty. There were also some dirty spots on the wall in the bathroom. Other than that the room was perfectly clean.
Close to Fushimi Station and convenience stores. Excellent staff. It was possible to make the room completely dark at night thanks to the sliding door in front of the window.

ItalyThe room is small but very clean and functional. A bit more hooks be useful. Position is good, super close to the yellow MTR line. Staff is super helpful and managed to change my room to non-smoking. All attractions can also be reached by walking around 20-30 minutes; many restaurants in the area.

GermanyThey had a dust problem. In the corners of the room or where wall meets floor, there was dust piled up. Mind you not in some dark corner, no everywhere. To a point where the dark carpet floor was 2-3cm wide just white. On top of every lightswitch a layer of dust. In the bathroom were a lot of different types of hair. And the first day my bathroom smelled like someone smoked a few cigarettes in there. There was pretty nasty water in the kettle. In general things that could be fixed in 5 minutes but have a huge impact.
Staff was really friendly. A lot of restaurants in the are. In generall very nice area. It looked fairly recently rennovated. Great price for 2 nights. Rooms a bit larger than usual hotel rooms in japan.

South KoreaThe cleanness was not good. Though I stayed a room able to smoke, I can see the stains of ash of cigarettes on the bedding with quite lots of dust, either. Plus, the cushiness of bed and pillow was not as good as I've looking forward to, However, the price is so affordable that's why I'd like to accommodate in this hotel next time.
The location of the hotel was quite nice. It was close to utilise Airport Limousine and subway through Fushimi station. In addition, I can borrow an outlet adapter. There were some outlet adapters not only one so I can try what it fits on my belongings.

JapanThe room are vey narrow, it was hard to get in and out of the room with the stroller and someone with a big suitcase would have the same issue. The size of the room is identical to all the hotels within this price range so for a wider room, you would need to spend much more. Also, the amenities are not eco friendly at all as it is all wrapped in plastic and single use items.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my second time there. It is close by shops, restaurant and sakae. There is a free coffee dispenser on the first floor and an ice machine and vending machine on one of the floors. You can also choose your pillow and the amenities you need downstairs
