The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating - especially when assisting me with my luggage transport services. The view from the window was nice. For a hotel room in Japan, the space is actually quite spacious and soundproof.

United StatesCheck in process is somewhat awkward with newly installed self-check in machine. It will be rather nicer to be welcome by the wonderful staffs than the machine sitting at the center of front desk.

HungaryThe room was hot. 23-24°C is not good for sleeping. Plus the blanket was extra warm, maybe good for 15°C but not for 23. Also the hotel is old, the room needs a renovation.
It was ok for 1 night but I am glad that we didn't have to stay longer.

AustraliaThere was nothing to dislike. Two small things though- There didn’t seem to be any information about breakfast at the hotel. There was no tea or coffee in the room. We didn’t ask about these things so that was our fault.
The room design was functional. It was bright with a beautiful view of Mt Akagi, the Tone river and the city.The room had everything you needed and was a good size. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
