HungaryThe bathroom had a really low ceiling, so I hit my hands a couple of times while putting on clothes.
The hotel is in a really good place, as Sapporo station can be reached in 2-3 minutes of walking. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was equiped with usefull items such as plug converters. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of food ranging from the Japanese cousine to the more western style meals.

PhilippinesThere is a discrepancy in information provided by staff. During the morning shift, one staff member informed us that we could check out late (approximately 3 pm). However, upon confirming this information again, we were only permitted to remain in the hotel until 1 pm.
The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the station. Contrary to some comments, the room is adequately sized to comfortably accommodate three individuals. Although the design is outdated, it is well-maintained.

We stayed in a Family Room which was of a nice size & was very comfortable. With 4 persons, it was good that the bathroom, face washing area (with 2 sinks) & toilet are all separated. The hotel location is also excellent within a short walking distance from Sapporo Station & also underground shopping malls including Daimaru. Staff especially housekeeping staff are very friendly. The hotel also has a good breakfast buffet spread of Japanese & western food & we enjoyed our morning breakfasts especially if you are seated at the bay window tables looking out to the winter snowy scenery outside! Lastly, the hotel provides daily room cleaning service which we appreciated as this service is no longer a norm for some hotels.

MalaysiaThe Hotel only has 2 washers & 2 dryers, and there were always a long queue during the 9pm-12am timing. The room on 5th Floor was dated. But overall comfortable stay.
The location of the hotel. Sapporo Station is around 3-5mins walk. There is also the underground walkway right across the traffic lights (1-2mins walk) actually helps during winter. You can walk from the hotel all the way to Odori Park or Susukino(about 20mins walk).
