Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaNothing to dislike.
Location was excellent. We took the rapid train from the airport. Switched to the subway and the hotel was located above our stop. There are 4 levels of retail, cinema and restaurants below the hotel. We had a deluxe corner king room and it was huge. Room 1435 to be precise. Housekeeping was excellent. Best breakfast on our trip and we have been to Osaka, Tokyo, Hiroshima so far. Local tram right outside. Unfortunately it was still cold with some snow even though it was the end of March/early April for our visit. Mt Moiwa was closed for maintenance. Around the corner from the hotel is Ramen Alley. Pole town over the road access and underground to keep warm. Staff at the hotel were all more than helpful. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

PhilippinesA Fantastic Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at Sapporo Stream Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities made it one of the best stays we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5

MalaysiaThe location is very close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. However, it’s surrounded by tourist spots, so if you’re looking for a quiet stay, this might not be the best choice.

New ZealandGood central location, there are restaurants and a food court on lower floors of the building which is convenient. Staff were very helpful, especially with sending our luggage ahead to Narita Airport. Rooms are cosy, comfortable and very clean.

Brunei DarussalamWe arrived by taxi, so with no obvious ground floor lobby / taxi stand, we were dropped off at the bus stop right in front of Cocono Susukino mall, which is alright but I can imagine it being inconvenient if you have many luggages and people.
The hotel is located within the Cocono Susukino mall from the 7th floor onwards, so you have access to places like Daiso, Lawson's and a couple of dining options within the same building. The Susukino Station is literally just outside the building too.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location - right next to the subway line two stops from the train station (great if you want to go to Otaru and other places). It is also very comfortable and has all the perks of a modern hotel :) There are loads of restaurants literally around the corner and the Snow Festival is within walking distance, too.

United KingdomNothing I can think of.
Stylish modern hotel with very comfertable well thought out rooms, and great TV and lighting options. Loved the floor to ceiling windows with fantastic view over city towards mountains. Location is super convenient above a shopping centre with large supermarket in basement and direct access to underground station and Pole Town (underground shopping station that leads down to Odori Park). Lively neighbourhood and depending on what room you have there maybe a little street noise but nothing too terrible and no noise from adjacent rooms. There was an outdoor terrace on top floor with amazing views but bit too chilly while we were there. The club floor lounge looked great and club rooms had access to the onsen too. Next time might treat ourselves but we were there during the ice festival so room prices were already increased. The ice carving part of the festival took place in the road along side the hotel and we could actually see this from our room. Great coffee
