The room is small but it's normal in Japan. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about.

The hotel is 8 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to the main district of Dotonbori. The perfect stay that is value for money if you're staying in Osaka for a couple of days.

The hotel phone kept beeping at 5am and again at 7am on our last day was annoying. We had to unplug the phone.

People leaving their towels and trash out in the corridor took some getting used to, but since I didn’t spend all that much time in my room, it wasn’t that big a deal. Only down sites were that there was an ice machine in the lobby but no container for ice in the room and that the (mandatory) flashlight and earthquake safety instructions were missing.

I spend two weeks here and was very comfortable. Check in and out both went smoothly. The location is ok, not too far to walk to America Mura and Running Man, National Bunraku Theatre is right down the block.

No water dispenser provided, some smoking smell especially near to lift area, maybe is because it was located at busy area, so might hear some noise.

Walking distance to Dontobori, less than 10 min and the room is clean. Close to convenience shop.

The room is cleaned every 8 days ONLY. Who stays in one hotel for 8 days of travel?! I understand it’s to save for the planet, but 8 days was too much. To clean up the room every 2 to 3 days is more comfortable for travellers.

When I was there, there were alot of south asian tourist who were very loud and annoying. They blocked the way in the lobby and outside of the hotel and made a lot of a noice. The noice even woke me up in the night. When I arrived the first day i thought it was just a coincidence, but the lobby was full almost every time I walked through it during my 3 night stay. This may be explained by the low price point. I would at least advice the hotel to ask these guests to not block the lobby and also keep down the screaming.

The people working there are very nice and welcoming, the hotel looks good, and I liked the room and location aswell.

About 10 minutes walk from subway station which might be a lot if you are walking all day and need a place to crash. No safebox in the room. No early check in without charge, even for a two hours. Smoking room almost next to the elevators.
