Central location in Tokyo, perfect for our first time to be in the middle of all the action. Walking distance to Shibuya train station made it even more easier to get around the city and drop off our shopping without going out of our way.

Location, staff, amenities, room. We came to the hotel at 11:00, they could offer room usage instantaneously. So impressive.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Really quiet. Location was good but took a while to find it initially. I also liked the little robot that roamed the halls.

The lighting in the rooms were horrible, no hooks to hang wet towels considering the size of the rooms. But still exceptional!

The property was beautiful and clean. It was centrally located to the Shibuya city center.

This property is in the perfect location for Shibuya. But it’s still quiet. The beds are comfortable and you can control the heating in your room.

There were no towel hooks or anywhere to hang washing. Having nowhere to hang towels means a towel change everyday which is not terribly sustainable. The small number of washing machines and dryers is a problem but i understand this is being addressed, and unfortunately it was during the time of our stay.

Great location and we had stayed here before. Rooms are also nice and we were lucky to get a large room to fit our family of 4 on separate beds. These types of rooms are hard to come by.

We had a corner room for 3 people. The room was a good size and we felt comfortable when we were in the room. The room is very close to Shibuya station and the crossing

The room service restaurant hours of closing, it felt like it close too early but it wasn’t a big deal.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, it made waking up early worth it.

The cleanliness of the room was below expectations, with a noticeable amount of dust present everywher.

The room was larger than typical Japanese hotel accommodations. The shower has strong water pressure, which is very satisfying in the winter.

Rooms were a little tight, and the bathroom had a weird set-up, but it was very clean and there were great amenities at the front desk (in the lobby).

Breakfast shut at 9.45am ( sharp) which is pretty early especially since a lot of shops don’t open until 11am .

Location is fantastic decent sized rooms for central Tokyo. Lobby area etc is great. Lots of free amenities.

Price is a little high, but it’s the cost of staying in a popular area.

The hotel is right in the heart of Shibuya so it was really convenient getting around in the area. It’s also very close to the subway which was really convenient. The amenities are generous and helpful. Staff are accommodating and nice.

rooms were large, nice view from a high floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was great too. location was perfect for shibuya, great access back to the subway and importantly the station for Narita express to get us back to the airport (literally 2 min walk) with trains twice an hour.
