The room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. The location was excellent as well....steps off the Shibuya train station...steps from Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Very walkable area with lots to do.

There were only two washing machine, which was not enough, in my opinion. I would recommend buying 4 washing machines and 4 dryers for this kind of place.

From perfect location, to tasty breakfast, we were very satisfied with this accomodation. The hotel staff was very pleasant and very helpful too. Almost every night, there was a DJ at Lobby bar, so it was very lively there, which, for me, is a plus. The room was on a smaller scale, but it was practical, clean and quiet, with a beautiful view at buildings surrounding our Hotel. We even saw a Tokyo Tower from window. I would book this hotel again.

I wish the room was a little bigger for the price point, but it seemed that was the going rate for a room that size in this area of Tokyo.

Staff was friendly and kindly held our luggage overnight when we checked out and back in the next day after a Mt Fuji summit hike. The bonus was they had already put our bags in the room and allowed for an early check in.

The room was tiny and although I knew that Tokyo rooms were renown to be small i didnt realise it would be that small. Room also a little awkwardly configured with the basin in the entrance, however had everything we needed

Great location right next to the train station but without any train noise. Lots of eating options and close to the action of Shibuya. Hotel lobby was funky and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking was confusing. We had to drive in and it was hard to locate where the parking was due to construction, no signs and GPS did not provide an accurate entrance. They had an automatic car mover once you park which was also confusing as the attendant instructions were not consistent. We were charged multiple times for parking. Staff did not speak any English, which is completely understandable and we happily just worked through/dealt with our issues, but we did have some questions about parking we could not get an answer for or understanding on why we were being charged multiple times for parking.

Close to everything in Shibuya and the train station to explore the rest of Tokyo. We booked a 3 bedroom corner room and the view was amazing. The amount of time we spent just staring at the window was significant. Watched several JPop groups perform out front the hotel from our room as well.

Relatively expensive for the size of rooms but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. Not keen on the wet room instead of a shower.

Great location right in the heart of Shibuya. The hotel is part of a great shopping and dining complex and 30 secs to the underground. Excellent breakfast and really helpful staff. Views from upper rooms are amazing!

Breakfast was a tad pricey but you do get vouchers - the laundry room was great but wish you could get an iron in your room when requested. Room service hours could be extended.

There was more noise from the roads outside than we were expecting. Not sure if this was us being overly sensitive or if the soundproofing wasn't great.

Location was amazing. Restaurants downstairs were a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is not the cheapest but for the location and quality, it is worth it.

Location is very convenient, right on top of the shopping centre and just outside of Shibuya station. Nice spacious rooms with excellent amenities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
