Quite pricey even without breakfast, and for a 4 star hotel. The placing of the fixtures are not exactly the best.

Conveniently located near to Shibuya station. Shibuya stream also has lots of restaurants which makes it very convenient to have breakfast or dinner. There’s also amenities that you can pick up at the lobby, and robot that sends you whatever you need even in the middle of the night. Room is clean and comfortable, with size bigger than the usual Tokyo hotels.

Breakfast was pretty good although the knot in Shinjuku where we also stayed it was a lot more varied. Additionally they charge extra for egg dishes which was free elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the smoking room was at the lobby which shares the premise with Google. This makes it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for guests to go down all the way just for a cigarette especially late in the night when you have to get all dressed up

The hotel is working hard on their sustainability, which is commendable, but I would like a shower cap in the room. They are available in reception, but if you forget to get it then, it is a nuisance!

This hotel is in a great location, a short walk from Shibuya station, giving access to many parts of Tokyo and the Shinkansen for rest of Japan. The room was comfortable and each floor had amenities for guests, which made staying there even easier. There was a washing machine (coin operated), kitchen area and so on. Breakfast was a small but tasty buffet. The concierge explained the underground subway really clearly, so we could use the exit gates to move around the city easily.

Location is perfect, across a covered walkway to a nice mall. Only 7 minutes walk from the famous Hachiko statue and the Scramble crossing. Tokyu Food Show (to be distinguished from other Food Show food halls) was the most incredible food hall we have ever seen. Dean and Deluca downstairs does great coffee. The hotel has a laundry floor if you want to wash / iron/ dry clothes. Limited facilities (for example, small gym) but nothing we were wanting for. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bathroom is also well thought out - shower, toilet and sink are all separate so there is no waiting for your room mate/partner.

Breakfast seemed expensive, and the hotel restaurant seemed a bit less appealing than the many other options nearby (which were excellent). It would be great to be able to refill your own coffee pods, as that was really the only reason we wanted our rooms cleaned on some days.

Pricey, but given the fantastic location, and incredible views from our room, it was worth it. In spite of the location it was very quiet, and because it was the end of our stay and we took advantage of the laundry facilities, and had a fairly relaxing stay, in spite of the hectic Shibuya location! We also took advantage of several of the fantastic dining options nearby. The bath was fantastic!

The location of the hotel was excellent with great shopping, restaurants and rail station close by. Breakfast was very good with lots of options both Western and Japanese. Hotel staff excellent, friendly and accommodating. We don't speak Japanese but that wasn't a problem at the hotel. Comfortable room that was of good size for Tokyo. Easy check in and speedy check out.

The cleaning of the room wasn't great, I stayed for a week and often found undesirable surprises. For example I found rotten boiled eggs from the convenience store tucked in the back of the mini fridge, hair on the bed and even a dirty towel. things that can easily be corrected. also the breakfast selection is quite dull and gets repetitive extremely fast, I suggested finding breakfast options outside the hotel, there's plenty nearby.

Location is simply unbeatable, the room has a nice size for Tokyo standards and everything is new and looks great. I have stayed 5 times in this hotel so you really can't go wrong.
