GermanyThis was the first room we had with a place to sit down for two (eating our takeaway dinner) and having a really spacious and comfortable kingsize bed. Also we had enough room for our luggage. This is definitely on our list if we manage to come back to Kobe. Another plus: Kobe Station (local trains) is just around the corner and there’s a 7/11 on the 1st floor.

PeruSomething that I couldn't understand was that I wanted to book directly with the hotel but they told me that there wasn't a room available. I opened the Booking app and rented one, Baffling... Also, I could hear the beeping noise of the pedestrian crossing. I was lucky that I like to sleep late because the beep didn't stop until late at night.
I enjoyed the room and it was good. The entrance look fancy.

The location is amazing, close to JR station and other train stations. Hotel staff are friendly and cheerful. Hotel is clean. There is a 7-11 at the hotel.

NorwayNot a fault of the hotel, per say. But, as this was my first time in Kobe, I didn't realize that the "heart" of the city is away from the Kobe Station. Sannomiya is more the "center" and I would probably stay in that area. But the hotel is still very walkable to the center and through a covered shopping street. So, definitely not a fatal flaw.
The hotel is very much a standard Japanese "business" hotel - small, but totally fine. The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. It's also super convenient to the Kobe Station - you can access it from the basement level via elevator or walking out the hotel door into the station entrance. All in all, this is a solid option for Kobe.

AustraliaOur room felt hot and a bit stuffy, but the other 2 rooms used by other family members seemed fine. The pillows were a bit high for me. Room quite small - not much room for luggage. But hangers and fabric freshener provided.
Loved the breakfast - plenty of choice and delicious. The stay was worth it just for the breakfast! The laundry room was handy as we needed to wash some clothes. The rooms were well appointed, and the bath was great. Location near 2 train stations was good, too. Be aware there are multiple stations with Kobe in the title, so check which one you need.

SingaporeSecurity could be better. The lift goes all the way down to B1 where the station is so anyone (public) can take the lift up to the rooms too. There is no key card requirement to select the floor you want to go to.
Great location. Just a 5 minute walk to kobe station. Room has all your basic amenities even though it is a bit small. Lots of power outlets available and the TV also has netflix, youtube, hulu etc in-built.

It was really clean everywhere. SevenEleven was just a minute away. Also close to the Kobe station and Kobe Harbour Land. The luggage service is also beyond expectations.
