Hotel is beautifully designed, with small but well thought out rooms. It's in a great location, just across the road from a busy market. They have a great storage area for your baggage, so if you arrive early for check in you can lock away your things until later.

Amazing location right opposite Omicho Market and easy walking distance to everything. Modern, spacious rooms and very clean. Staff seemed friendly enough!

The breakfast! A huge let down. Very traditional. We couldn’t do it the 2nd day. Tried to get refund or even another option and it wasn’t available. No suggestions were offered

Breakfast (Japanese) given as a whole without the possibility to say no to something, like happens to a buffet, thus creating waste for thing not touched. Honsen is traditional, so males and females separate and with no swimsuit (could be better to have mixed one, with swim suit to enjoy moment with friends or wife)

All was perfect :) We were only surprised that no swimsuits/underwear were allowed in the common bathing areas (meaning that guests enter without any clothes), so we chose not to use them, even though we were very excited for this feature when booking this hotel. Maybe something for future guests to know beforehand :)

Hotel of high Japanese aesthetic with beautiful rooms and common areas. Combines modern and traditional features. Serene, clean and tidy. The staff were very sweet and hospitable and offered snacks upon arrival. In the room we were welcomed with Japanese tea, cardigans and pajamas. We particularly enjoyed the special tatami floor for enjoying morning tea, and the spacious and luxurious bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. We highly recommend it!!

What a pleasant retreat feel this hotel and our room had! Room was spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The onsen was a special treat. The central location was great so that we weren't too far from anything. It made for a couple very restful, peaceful evenings after sightseeing, and a nice break from busy Tokyo. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

The hotel was so clean and nicely decorated (minimalistic), with comfortable robes to wear in the room. We also enjoyed using the public bath. Highly recommend this hotel!

As per normal with most public baths they don't allow those with tattoos but this is quite standard in Japan.

The room was beautiful and quite big especially for Japan. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Aircon was quiet. Bathroom was also quite nice. I also love the convenience of the luggage locker room being self acessible with unique locking codes. This hotel is also right across the road from omicho market.

Room size is small. We only stayed for 1 night so it was OK for us but would have been uncomfortable if our stay would have been any longer.

Location is great. Beautiful and simple decor. Even the pyjamas were very nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Soaps and toilet amenities were eco friendly and smelled wonderful. Great onsen. Breakfast included was japanese and we enjoyed trying it. Staff was friendly.
