Excellent location, beautiful and top modern hotel interior and facilities, clean and and quiet. Hotel staff speaks fluent English and offers great service. At the same time, the price for the rooms is very reasonable. Best hotel in that area as of 2023 - traveller, search no more.

Pretty large room as for the Japanese standards. Really good Japanese breakfast. No coffee can be disadvantage but surely one can overcome this obstacle. For sightseeing I recommend to take a loop bus.

The only thing would be the size. But I already expected so. So it's not really con. It's very cozy!

It was incredible. I loved how clean and neat the place was. It was also really convenient! It's not that far from the main station either. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who would be coming over to Kanazawa.

Only Japanese style breakfast with no consideration whatsoever for western foreigners with kids, who couldn’t find a single thing to eat 😕. We were planning to eat breakfast at the hotel during all of our stay, but decided to skip breakfast after the first day…

The washing/drying combined machine took 3.5 hours and 800 yen.

The scent upon entering was calming and welcoming. We loved the raised bed platform with an area for luggage. The shower had great pressure and a luxury to have a stand alone shower.

The indoor-wear fabric could be softer. And the luggage storage is too small.

Location and the hotel Eco-concept is great. The public bath is crowded for certain hours but it’s good. My room is the Herbal Room which is so spacious equipped with real nice bathroom.

Really you clean and modern hotel the bed is fantastic in the room is very spacious clean and aesthetic. Also there is an onsen for the hotel and the staff are friendly. One of our best stays wish we had more time.

So many staff at reception even though they have electronic check-in. The staff just watch you do your own check-in and out. They can’t even recommend options to go for a drink or dinner nearby. The rooms were very clean but the lovely foyer fitout was left to get a thick layer of dust and the elevator surfaces were dirty.

Same breakfast for all three nights I was there - wish there was some variety in it. It also doesn't seem to be a great place to leave your luggage between destinations as it's locked up right at the front door, in the open.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. It was a very comfortable and well kitted out. I felt very safe and it's secure, clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room adequate by Japanese standards. Nice to have the provision of PJs but shame you couldn't buy them from the hotel.
