They can’t even recommend options to go for a drink or dinner nearby. The rooms were very clean but the lovely foyer fitout was left to get a thick layer of dust and the elevator surfaces were dirty.

AustraliaSame breakfast for all three nights I was there - wish there was some variety in it. It also doesn't seem to be a great place to leave your luggage between destinations as it's locked up right at the front door, in the open.
Great location and a beautiful hotel. It was a very comfortable and well kitted out. I felt very safe and it's secure, clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room adequate by Japanese standards. Nice to have the provision of PJs but shame you couldn't buy them from the hotel.
