Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe rooms were spotlessly clean and beds comfortable and the hotel is ideally placed for the train station (we were here for the F1), however the standard room is extremely small, the double bed is pushed against one wall so the person against the wall has to get out of bed at the bottom where there is about 30cm of room. The suitcases have to go under the bed to allow room to even move around and we had to keep stepping out of each others way just to get to the bathroom. It was a struggle but as we were only using the room for sleeping and showering it was just acceptable.

SingaporeA bit impossible to do laundry because there's only 3 machines :( They do provide you a way to track the washing machines' availability on your tv but it's not that helpful in the end because people hog the machines! I went down when the screen showed that there was 5 minutes left on one machine, only to end up waiting another 30-40minutes downstairs because the person continued to use the machine after the first load was done... I eventually gave up cos the other people using the other 2 machines seemed to be doing the same..... Maybe what can be done is a queue/ticket system for the machines? Just floating a thought.
Location was superb, just a few minutes walk away from the train station. Room was clean and I loved the big bed! Bit squeezy, but that's expected of a Japanese business hotel. Toilet was bigger than usual and comfortable!

MalaysiaThe room is too small for 2 person and hardly to open 2 luggages at the same time
The hotel provided various utilities for eg. mask, sunscreen, lotion, bath powder etc which is convenient for us. Hotel staff is helpful. I like the design where the lamp switch is just right beside the bed, you don't have to walk and turn off the switch. Overall quite recommended.

BrazilThe room was too small for the price. I have stayed in other cheaper and very good hotels in Japan, even in Kyoto and Tokyo for less money.
It is overall a good hotel, good location.

The location is near the shinkansen station just across the street and have a lawson nearby . But it locates behind the big car-parking buidling and in the small street. And i love the breakfast buffet set including kale juice in the morning :) The amenities is good quality that you can pick-up near the check-in kiosk and you can drop the luggage with locker too.

PolandThe rooms are not spacious, as it often is the case in Japan, so take this into account when planning your trip. Also the breakfast was not very good. It was rather bland and cattered more to japanese tastes. This is not really a complaint, but it was just not what I was used to.
Hotel is located near the Nagoya station, although in a back alley, so you do have to look for it a bit :) The hotel is rather new, the personel is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

SingaporeThe double room is small for 2 adults and a child, and 3 luggages. This is really on us, but be warned not to be too ambitious! Toilet is quite cramped. Still, if you're not spending too much time lounging in the room, the pros really do outweight the cons.
Travelled with family and a small child. Location was great - just a short walk from Nagoya station. Great value for money. The place was clean and the staff were very attentive to the needs of the family. We were particularly impressed that they noted to give us three towels instead of two since we were travelling with a child - something that many other hotels don't notice.
