Clean, great amenities, helpful staff. Though the room is really tiny, the layout quite well thought out, can put your luggage below the bed. Pillows and bed both comfortable.

Staff were a bit cold, although did help you when you needed it, so not a big deal. There was hair on my duvet when I arrived, so I would question the cleanliness. Other than that it was comfortable and a good price.

Location was close to the station - but on the west (not so happening side). If I went to Nagoya again, I'd look for a place East of the station. There was a wide variety of amenties on the ground floor, like bath powder, face masks, and so on - which were way more than I've seen in other hotels.

Breakfast buffet could still improve but although it was a small selection, food was still good.

Location is a walking distance from the Shinkansen exit. Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. Double room is the typical size for a double room of a Japanese hotel. Room and facilities were clean during our stay.

Nothing much except room wee is small? But it does serve the purpose of providing a good clean comfortable accommodation.

Within walking distance from Nagoya Train Station. Once you are able to find the right exit upon arrival at Nagoya Train Station from Chubu Airport or Shinkansen from other part of Japan getting to the hotel is not far. Best part is the hotel is located in a street which is not overly busy so walking path is easy. Room are small, usual like most other hotels, but clean and with all the necessary amenities provided. Best part is luggages can be slotted under the bed! From the room via the TV you can even monitor the usage of washing machine 😃. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.

Reception does not really speak English. Difficulty in communicating. Room is a little small even for 2 adults.

West side of Nagoya station so here was less to do, have to travel to the east side for shopping, etc. Entrance is in an alleyway so can be a bit hard to spot or find. Breakfast buffet had less options than I was expecting but I went during winter (late Dec)

All is good - value for money.

Location - Close to the Nagoya Station and many nice eatries nearby. Room is spacious with complete in-room amentities. Toiletries are available at lobby and can also loan items like HP charger etc and return after use.
