A good location only 200 metres from the Yokohama railway station but I had difficulty finding the correct exit (but not the fault of the hotel). Once finding the correct station exit it was easy to find the hotel. Well appointed, great value for money, comfortable. Would recommend it. Good shopping centres nearby

Hong Konglimited space left for opening the luggage due to bed in extra double size in single room. It will be much better to have single size bed to leave more space for better use in single room.
Good location with convenient store and cafe next to hotel. Breakfast is good and available from 6:30 till 11.

Initially Booking.com had booked our stay with the complimentry breakfast for 7 days but when I modified my booking by extending one more day, complimentry breakfast was removed. That was not well taken. So we skipped the breakfast at the Hotel. Wifi was free. Rooms were good but small and crunchy passage inside the room. Other things were okay.

Very convenient location next to the Yokohama metro station. Even though you can see the trains in the window, the sound proofing is very good and I didn't notice the trains at all. There is both a cafe and convenience store connected to the hotel for east breakfasts. The shower is warm and the toilet seat is fancy like is standard in Japan.

United StatesSound of trains is loud. We were on the 12th floor. We had connecting rooms. One of the rooms with a full size bed was incredibly tiny. No room to walk around another person. One side off the bed was against the wall and you have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. It’s more suited for single occupancy, not two. The other room with two twin beds was fine
New facility, located next to a cafe and a Family Mart. Subway a 3-minute walk away. Surrounded by department stores, shops, restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast at a great price. They also have travel size toiletries, including face products. Staff was great!

The hotel was literally a few steps away from the busy Yokohoma station. It makes commuting very convenient. The room is very quiet even if the train passes just outside the hotel. There's a familymart conveniently connected to the hotel.
