How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No English-speaking TV Channel. Smallish room but still good value for money.
A good location only 200 metres from the Yokohama railway station but I had difficulty finding the correct exit (but not the fault of the hotel). Once finding the correct station exit it was easy to find the hotel. Well appointed, great value for money, comfortable. Would recommend it. Good shopping centres nearby

Near the train station so the train is little noisy.
Self check in and check out, very convenient. Near the Yokohama station. A convenient store at the first floor.

Can clearly hear the noise of the train passing by in the room. The pillow is too soft.

limited space left for opening the luggage due to bed in extra double size in single room. It will be much better to have single size bed to leave more space for better use in single room.
Good location with convenient store and cafe next to hotel. Breakfast is good and available from 6:30 till 11.

Everything was Okay. Price should include breakfast also.
Initially Booking.com had booked our stay with the complimentry breakfast for 7 days but when I modified my booking by extending one more day, complimentry breakfast was removed. That was not well taken. So we skipped the breakfast at the Hotel. Wifi was free. Rooms were good but small and crunchy passage inside the room. Other things were okay.

Everything was fine.
I enjoyed the stay a lot. The hotel is close to the Yokohama station, just a few steps from one of the entrances. The room and the facilities were cleaned and in excellent condition. The price was also very nice.

Kinda confusing about the breakfast, but the kind lady at the reception helped us out with that.
Clean and spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. Comfortable bed. Close to Yokohama station. Friendly and kind ladies at the reception.

The wifi is not the best and cuts in and out at times.
Very convenient location next to the Yokohama metro station. Even though you can see the trains in the window, the sound proofing is very good and I didn't notice the trains at all. There is both a cafe and convenience store connected to the hotel for east breakfasts. The shower is warm and the toilet seat is fancy like is standard in Japan.

No attractive views from the window.
Great location for travelling around Tokyo and the surrounding area. The sofa in the room was very good to have.

Just like any other business hotel in Japan, the room is a bit tiny.
It's near Yokohama station which is located next to YCAT(which could be accessed from Narita Airport via a bus).

Sound of trains is loud. We were on the 12th floor. We had connecting rooms. One of the rooms with a full size bed was incredibly tiny. No room to walk around another person. One side off the bed was against the wall and you have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. It’s more suited for single occupancy, not two. The other room with two twin beds was fine
New facility, located next to a cafe and a Family Mart. Subway a 3-minute walk away. Surrounded by department stores, shops, restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast at a great price. They also have travel size toiletries, including face products. Staff was great!

One of the room that I booked is facing the train station, thus it is a bit noisy.
The twin room is big and spacious. Breakfast has limited choice but the coffee is good. They have family mart next to the lobby.

There were a few dirty marks on the sheets but nothing major just dirt

Train noise was an issue for us. Breakfast was disappointing… simply doughnut options from the franchise next door. Not ideal for a nutritional breakfast especially with kids.
Great location and simple clean hotel. Interconnected rooms are a bonus with kids!

Not really a problem but the room is a bit small and could barely open my large luggage when packing.
The hotel was literally a few steps away from the busy Yokohoma station. It makes commuting very convenient. The room is very quiet even if the train passes just outside the hotel. There's a familymart conveniently connected to the hotel.

Room was facing the train track and can get noisy
Closed to Yokohama station. Easy access from Haneda airport. Room size decent and very clean. Breakfast very good.
