Great location and a great price. The staff was very helpful and had a translation device for when our mutual skill in English/Japanese wasn't enough. The location was truely steller - my kids were up at all hours, and I was able to walk them around outside in the middle of the night while feeling perfectly safe. A 5k had just occurred and my husband was able to walk them around the 5k path while the sun rose. My only complaint would be that the restaurant was very crowded and it was difficult to find a seat at breakfast time. 100% would book again.

There was a problem a misunderstanding with the reception, but they were quick to apologise.

The bed was super comfortable and eventhough There was car traffic Outside you couldn't hear anything. There is also a laundry service.

Breakfast bought through hotel was way more expensive than buying food at the restaurant directly, 800yen vs 470yen per person for the same breakfast set.

Close to Yokohama station, many shops & restaurants nearby. Excellent staff, great manner, friendly, quick to respond & helpful! Clean & new facilities and environment. Get to watch the trains from our room, children enjoy it a lot. Appreciated the variety of amenities provided including face wash, lotion and steam machine etc.

Nothing, served it's purpose well.

Had only a short 1 night stay before departing from Haneda Airport, but it was a comfortable last pit stop. Hotel staff is friendly, the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, fairly quiet considering the busy area it's located in, several types of ammenities available from the lobby or floor, also has a convenience store right next to it. Short walking distance from Yokohama station, also allowed for a nice evening walk across the Minato Mirai area nearby.

The hotel was a short distance from the train station which makes it very convenient for us. It’s very clean and comfortable. The staffs were very kind and approachable.

The only downside was the noise from the trains at night, which could be a bit disruptive at times. However, using earplugs easily solved this issue, so it didn’t bother us too much.

We recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama for four nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to find whatever you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money!

1) The location is near to Yokohama station. But Yokohama Station is super super big. It is not easy to find the nearest exit to the hotel. 2) There is anothe Sotetsu Fresa (The Splaisir) right opposite Higashiguchi. I stayed at both for 2 nights. The price difference is only 20% but the quality is different vastly. I think Higashiguchi is overpriced.

There are many eating places around the hotel. I think it is wise for the hotel to offer breakfast as option.

We loved our train track view from the room, it could be a bit noisy for some people (not for us) but be sure to request a quiet room if you want to avoid that. The room keeping was exceptional, left our room spotless every day. Would stay again.

The rooms are clean. A bit tight for 3 person but it was ok for us. The pillow and mattress are very comfortable. The hotel room provides clean filtered tap water and very generous with their free amenities at the lobby, which is a plus point! I also like the separated toilet from the bathroom, it’s easy when you hv 3 persons in the room. Location is superb and lots shopping outlets and eateries nearby and very quiet despite it is located close to the railway station. I will use this hotel again next round!

I usually select a hotel near a train station, and value quiet at night. I had some prior concerns about this hotel's location, slotted between train tracks and an elevated express way. However, other reviews indicated that sound proofing was good so I decided to take the risk. Luckily this was also my experience: no problems with noise. I did have an upper floor room facing away from the train tracks, which might have made a difference.

This hotel is near the Train station so you can hear the trains but that didn’t bother us.

Convenient location east exit of JR station with a family mart downstairs and Pronto cafe next door if you don’t add on the breakfast. There is breakfast and a hotel restaurant but we didn’t take it. Standard Japanese business hotel-Rooms are standard Japanese size (means small for those from overseas) but typical in this type of business hotel chains. Amenities at lobby are a good range Electronic check in and out Staff were friendly (we don’t speak Japanese)

You can hear the trains but it was not an issue for me even as a light sleeper. The duvet is too warm as even without AC the rooms are pretty warm.

The rooms were bigger than other Japanese hotels I've stayed in, the location was also great being 3 minutes walk from the station, the breakfast was delicious. Every from check in to check out was smooth and efficient.
