It's a real nice hotel in a very upscale neighborhood. The room was large and exceptionally clean. It is also very accessible being close to several subway stations.

Hotel lobby is at the 2nd floor of the building you have to use either the stairs or escalator to reach the lobby hotel. Hotel elevator starts at their lobby at the 2nd floor. Rooms were too small even the biggest one they have. Too tight. You can only open 1 luggage. Disposable bedroom slippers were only provided when you ask but they do have a regular slippers in the room that had been sanitzed after each check-out of the guest. Yes, so the other guest before you had used it. Far from the train station 30mins walk.

Bed is comfortable. Room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed everyday. Bed sheets, pillow cases and comforter/duvet were changed daily. They provide Robe that you can wear as pajamas and being changed everyday. Toiletries were provided daily. They provide 2 water bottles daily. There is a sofa inside the room and table. 7/11 and family mart near the hotel.

Only downside was no usb ports in the room,

This far exceeded our expectations. Such value for money. It was so nice and opulent when we arrived we thought maybe we had the wrong place. Our room was larger than expected and very nicely furnished. everything else was excellent. The girl who checked us in gave us one of the best customer service experiences of our trip. Only a block away from excellent restaurants and super close to subway stop.

Very spacious for a Japanese hotel, decent location with some convenient stores around. 5 minute walk to the station. Good room service and concierge. There are some restaurants and a good price for massage if you need, but it closes somewhat early.

Great location, staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. Sheets, towels and rubbish all changed daily and plenty of toiletry items provided along with free bottles of water every day. Room very spacious, biggest one I’ve stayed in while in Japan. Will stay again

maybe the hotel lighting was a little dim for me. but other than that, there was none so far during our stay. the hotel was perfect. it gave the value for my money.

the room was clean and spacious for a japan room size. the location of the hotel is perfect, because it is within sakae, but also near osu shopping district and nagoya science museum. a number of good restaurants are also within walking distance from the hotel. most restaurants are very near the hotel location. ichiran is also near the hotel, which is my son's favorite. mirai tower and oasis 21 are also within walking distance. we also enjoyed the night walks to and from nagoya station.

The transportation location is extremely convenient, as it is not far from the subway station and the city center. Moreover, there are many restaurants nearby. One of the advantages is that the interior space is relatively larger compared to other hotels in the same price range. Additionally, the amenities are well-prepared, making it a highly cost-effective accommodation option.
