Staff always polite and willing to help. I liked the closeness to the 2 train stations and the convenience store on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was good. The little park outside the building was lovely.

No shuttle bus to Narita airport. I need to take taxi to Tokyo station, then take shuttle bus to Narita airport. Taxi is very expensive in Tokyo.

The restaurant with outside seating was always closed. It could open for lunch and open later for dinner. The time of operations should be revised.

The rooms. They are like a mini apartment. They had microwave, refrigerator and iron base. Fantastic!

all was good. There was a food massage that i never could make work. I woke up too late that, i could not reach the breakfast buffet (I think until 9 or 10 am). It was funny because of japan culture but, there were noodles in ice...

Room was confortable, quiet, it was good. There were a convenience store inside the hotel. There were many amenities in the first floor for your convenience. there were two train station pretty close. we didnt take buses.

It is convenient to take the airport shuttle directly to the hotel. Good value for money, with bay view rooms and easy access to Ariake and Odaiba.

accidentally booked smoking room and smell was nauseating. air purifier in room but it omitted cigarette smell so probably old filter. me and my two kids woke up with bug bites on legs. wallpaper was peeling off and floor was dusty. coin dryer wouldn’t dry clothes after multiple cycles. no umbrellas for guests to use like every other hotel in Japan I’ve stayed at

based on my few days experience I would like to say that most of staff are nice but some of their staff are racist. And it did ruin my mood a bit. My friend, as a white man, got two staff helping him with check-in. As an Asian-looking woman, I told the staff sorry I can’t speak Japanese. She still selected the Japanese system for me and asked me type my name in Japanese. After check-in, my friend was told that there is a free welcome gift place and got introduced to the elevator place by two “nice” staff. I didn’t get any of these nice service… The staff walked straight away after I switched the language to Chinese.

Everything. Staff, room, buffet breakfast, location and free bus to Disneyland was excellent. Great value for money. Would highly recommended, would stay again most definitely ! Well worth a trip to Rainbow Bridge and Statue of Liberty, day or night.

the fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it. the kettle smelled so bad I was afraid to boil water in it. some mold on the curtains and a lampshade.

the area is beautiful but it takes a bit of time and train hoping to go anywhere else

There is no gym in the hotel. Would have preferred if they had a shuttle to the airport. Taxi costs about USD 200 one way.

A little remote at the skirt of Tokyo city center, not much choice of restaurants, only local subway trains, need to change trains to go to other places

Great location to watch the inner portions of Tokyo Bay, however, a little remote at the skirt of the city, very friendly staffs and courtesy, good outside green and city yards to walk around, very relaxing, and surprisingly there is a bus line stop at the hotel door directly driving to Haneda airport
