Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The breakfast was really not worth it, I'd recommend ordering it on-site if it suits you.
The room was superb and clean, and the hotel is very nicely situated. The staff was very kind.

Always happy to stay at this chain as I have never had a bad experience. They always go above and beyond. This stay I had arrived slightly early and as my room was ready they were happy for me to check in to save me from waiting. The rooms are always very new and clean and the laundry facilities are so handy when travelling.

There’s no free parking, and the parking attached to the hotel was 1000¥ from 3pm-11am, and you cannot move your car from 11pm-7am as the parking is operated by a person. It was better to park at a parking lot nearby which was only 500¥ from 9pm-9am.
The central location was perfect - everything was walking distance! The beds were also super comfortable. The staff were really nice as well!

Silly you can eat food in reception area encouraging you to eat in your room but not enough space to do so!
Excellent location bridge connecting hotel with station. Lovely clean rooms although small was manageable for 3 days. Quiet room on top floor. Great having the extras you can collect from reception like tea, coffee, bath salts etc, etc. Laundry also available if required. Would definitely book again. Staff very friendly.

However, the breakfast options are not very varied—while the food is delicious, having the same menu for three days in a row can get a bit boring :(
The location is very close to Nagano Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. The room is comfortable and clean.

Close to station to go and see the snow monkeys. A lovely short walk away, up a delightful street, was the temple.

I booked 1 night and need to go to snow monkey park for next day, then booked 2more nights at this hotel, staff have been very helpful with checking in and let me store the luggage when I visited snow monkey park, otherwise need to drag my luggage! Appreciate the help offered! Very close to station! Check in is on level five! On the street level got convenient store. Enjoyed my stay! Breakfast cost extra 1700

The self check-in machine is not user friendly, after the scanning of passport still requires me to type in my name which seemed ridiculous, and crazily it rejected my typed name and required the help of staff to resolve the problem. Check-in is the hotel's first impression to their customers, a smooth experience will raise customer satisfaction.
The location is close to Nagano Station, and staff are both friendly and helpful. Disposable slippers, hair brushes, razors, cotton buds, ... are available for free.

Room is way too small, no space to open our luggage at all. microwave oven is at the lobby in front of the elevator, in the open so it can be little awkward to use.
proximity to the station, level 2 has a bridge access directly to the station. also a minute walk to Don Quijote and a Lawson store below
