This stay I had arrived slightly early and as my room was ready they were happy for me to check in to save me from waiting. The rooms are always very new and clean and the laundry facilities are so handy when travelling.

CanadaThere’s no free parking, and the parking attached to the hotel was 1000¥ from 3pm-11am, and you cannot move your car from 11pm-7am as the parking is operated by a person. It was better to park at a parking lot nearby which was only 500¥ from 9pm-9am.
The central location was perfect - everything was walking distance! The beds were also super comfortable. The staff were really nice as well!

Excellent location bridge connecting hotel with station. Lovely clean rooms although small was manageable for 3 days. Quiet room on top floor. Great having the extras you can collect from reception like tea, coffee, bath salts etc, etc. Laundry also available if required. Would definitely book again. Staff very friendly.

I booked 1 night and need to go to snow monkey park for next day, then booked 2more nights at this hotel, staff have been very helpful with checking in and let me store the luggage when I visited snow monkey park, otherwise need to drag my luggage! Appreciate the help offered! Very close to station! Check in is on level five! On the street level got convenient store. Enjoyed my stay! Breakfast cost extra 1700

Hong KongThe self check-in machine is not user friendly, after the scanning of passport still requires me to type in my name which seemed ridiculous, and crazily it rejected my typed name and required the help of staff to resolve the problem. Check-in is the hotel's first impression to their customers, a smooth experience will raise customer satisfaction.
The location is close to Nagano Station, and staff are both friendly and helpful. Disposable slippers, hair brushes, razors, cotton buds, ... are available for free.
