United StatesThe bed was a bit uncomfortable but they did let you choose your own pillows which was nice. It wasn’t mentioned on the site that tattoos were not allowed in the onsen.
The onsen was fantastic and the room was an amazing size with a wonderful view of mt.Fuji! The breakfast was also really good.

AustraliaThe parking was a little far from the hotel, but they have a security guard guiding you where to park. There are two free car parks within a 5 minute walking distance to the hotel.
We had a Mt Fuji room view, and it did not disappoint. The onsen was also nice. It is not tattoo friendly, so bring a tattoo cover. The breakfast was delicious with Mt Fuji views. 7/11 is right next door. The staff are helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

United Statesthere were a couple maintenance issues, the spa door was stuck half open to the locker area, the lobby toilet for men had a non functioning washer type seat
the room was quiet, the desk and chair were good for working, the bed was comfortable, the onsen was basic but good. I was able to park very close and safe location, the breakfast was quite good, the washer and dryers were good and economical.

Great stay here with a very clear view of Mt Fuji on the southern side. Overall, it worth our money. The room is quite small with basic necessities, however the facilities are great. You can have a drinks in the cafetaria, nearby to convenience store and beside petrol pump too. Ample of parking is provided, but you need to walk to the hotel, no so far, probably around 5 mins walk.
