Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much around the hotel as far as things to do or places to eat. I booked the hotel because I thought it was close to the airport, but in reality you can find places even closer if that’s your goal. The facilities were nice though and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean. They had complementary drink on arrival, simple breakfast, and lots of little toiletries samples.

A short walk from the station, it's clean and the room comes with a small private bathroom and a large TV, as well as a mini-fridge with other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a good selection of free toiletries.

The automatic light in room's entrance way disrupts sleep when using the washroom at night
The room was very clean. Location is convenient beside a train station. Quiet despite being near road and station. Staff were great!

no coffee in the room. Found some batteries and stuff underneath the bed.
I like that they have a free breakfast included in the price. Good location. located about 300m to the train station. Perfect for those who have an early flight the next day.

We were only there for 1 night as it’s near the airport and we were travelling to Tanabe the next day, but staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions nearby for dinner and luggage transfers. The onsen / bath was excellent.

This is truly one of the best hotels in Osaka that we have stayed in. The cleanliness, the service, the food, the room, and the hotel in general are excellent. Simply a 10 out of 10. It was so impressive that even a staff member learned to say a word in our language at checkout. Simply incredible.

The only drawback is that the room is quite small, almost the entire floor space is used up by the bed.
The hotel location is excellent for an early morning flight from Kansai airport. It takes only 15-20 minutes by train to get from the hotel to the airport. The rooms are quite small but everything else is great. Given it's located far away from the city center there are three cafes and various budget restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast is good, and there's a cocktail hour from 6pm to 8pm with various local drinks to choose from including sake, japanese whisky and gin.

I was driving and arrived super late, close to midnight. I had to pop back out to adjust parking nearby and the staff were there and helped me when I got back, with the ameditites. Seriously above and beyond.

Staff was excellent, they’re very friendly and helpful. Healthy breakfast. Me and my daughter enjoyed the onsen very much. They also have a free drinks party at 6 to 8PM and my husband very much enjoyed it. The room very clean. Hotel near train and bus station. The last day we leaving, it was raining. The staff noticed that we only have 2 umbrellas instead of 3, she following us and offered 1 umbrella for us.. that feeling so warm. We are very much appreciate her. Wish her all the best.

Great location next to Kumari JR station which takes you to Osaka and the Kansai Airport. The room was smaller than expected but we could fit all our luggage with no issues! Bed was comfortable and there was a large selection of pillows to choose from. Free drinks in the evening and very good Japanese style breakfast. I loved the public bath as well!

Being an early riser, I would like an earlier breakfast start.
I very much enjoyed breakfast which had salmon and an excellent variety of vegetables. Perfect access to Osaka airport.

Smoking room is still a thing.
Very close to the station. Staff is friendly. Very secure. Open bar between 1800 to 2000. Free amenities for onsen. Great carbonated onsen.
