Loved the cocktail hour. Great to be able to choose your own pillow. The kids got a wee pack with slippers, a sponge and a toothbrush, which they loved. Breakfast was good. Very close to the local train station. About a 15min walk to Shinkansen Station.

Conveniently located, basically right next door to the Fuji Train Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided an assortment of amenities and pajamas for free. As well as during 6-9pm(?) there's a free open bar, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

AustraliaI knew the size of the room when I booked it, so was prepared for a small space. Don't expect to be able to open a medium size suitcase there. I got the room with the extra bunk bed, for the tiniest bit of extra space, you are expected to lay your own sheets on the bunk bed if you use it. With a toddler, this bunk bed was used. Room was otherwise clean with a typical business hotel bathroom. Staff were very kind during check in and gave my cranky toddler a badge and a lollipop to try and calm her down. English is proficient enough for check in and luggage storage. Breakfast was provided and is buffet style with a very nice selection of food offered.

CanadaWe booked a room that was meant to have a double bed and a twin bed, as I wasn't sure if we would sleep comfortably in one double bed. However, I did not realize when booking that this would be a bunk bed, which I think is meant to sleep a child. It makes sense now, but I was not aware at the time, and we did not end up using the twin bed at all.
Incredible value for money, including a complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary alcohol in the evening. The room is small-ish, which is to be expected, but has enough space for a desk and chair to work at in addition to the double bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and when we arrived early for check-in they allowed us to wait in the lobby. This hotel is also very conveniently located right across from Fuji Station.
