They don’t offer a body lotion in the room/onsen. The smell of humidity at the entrance when they clean the floor.

It’s a very functional hotel, we love it. For our first time in Japan, it was an interesting discovery. Very great location near the train station. The staff was exceptionally courteous. The hotel maintained an impeccable standard of cleanliness.

The staff is great, they did their best to help me in English since I don't speak Japanese. Friendly, respectful and cheerful. A special thank you to Haruka and Sakai for their professional work. It's a great location for shopping galore, restaurants of every kind and short walks to various transportation hubs. The Onsen was perfect which was a daily routine and the evening free cocktails were much appreciated. When I go back to Osaka/Dotonbori area, I'm staying here again.

The room was tiny and had to place suitcase on the bed to pack and unpack. But could live with that.

The hotel was close to transport and cafes and restaurants. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Got to choose pillows and provided with pajamas. Loved they had an eating, drinks area and their welcome drinks provided in that area.

Only the lighting of the room, the celing light should be lower in brightness or can be controlled to low, because once you open it is too bright and many people sensitive to bright light

Location of Hotel is super near the famous Dotumburi where all the tourist attraction there and night life shops and resturants, also Namba subway exit B4 from Namba walk is only 5 mins to hotel along with 2 convience stores in front of hotel. The reception person who I think is the guy manager if I am not mistaken spelling is Mr, Araki who is a very welcoming person not just to me but every person I notice, he gives much attention to each guest inquiries and very helpful, Meeting him I felt I become a family with everyone there his guidance and explaination about the hotel is awesome, to the extent I didnt need to read or ask anything after I met him. Rooms are cozy and clean and all amneties complete and you coild choose types of pillow from the reception and best of all there is happy hours from 5pm to 8pm at the lobby lounge with all drinks available only to in house guests what a nice gesture indeed .

The pillow felt like a block of concrete but in the reception you could find three different options of different pillows to solve the problem.

Everything, room was too small to breath, they make you take your own bloody pillows up with you which are made from animal carcasses or rice bags, the bathroom is made from plastic and wouldn’t fit an average human, the TV is in Japanese only…etc etc

The window in our room opened into a stairwell next door. The bathroom was so small, that we were smacking onto the walls.

Close to Dotonbori and Namba station. The onsen was great. The rooms were small but manageable. If you have small Tattoos you can still use the onsen.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The reception staff did not speak English. The rooms are extremely extremely small.

More pillows in the reception area as it ran out of stock quickly and the first night I only had the one that was given in the room (which wasn’t as comfortable)

Really enjoyed the location as it was close to the main area and also near metro stations. Hotel room was a bit small but had everything you needed in it.

The size of the room was decent. The blanket was comfy. The staff were very friendly. The location was awesome, 5-10 mins walk to the shopping and food area! The hot spring was relaxing. After a long day of walking, a good relaxing hot spring was a good treat.

Absolutely everything - staff were super friendly (some of the best we spoke to on our trip!), the rooms were good, facilities were great, free onsen, free bar between 5pm-8pm which was brilliant. The location is unbeatable, a 5 min walk from Namba station and right round the corner from Dotonbori. We also went to Hiroshima for a night and came back to this hotel for one night, so we asked if we could leave our bags and it was no problem. This was one of our favourite places we stayed on our trip.

I've never written a bad review for a hotel on here but I'm aggravated this was listed as a 5 star hotel on Booking.com. It's a 3 star AT BEST. The room is insanely small and poorly configured for two people, even by Japanese standards. The shower is laughable, we had ONE PILLOW to share between me and my wife because they didn't have any more courtesy pillows. No towels in our room and no one to give us towels until the morning. Found nail clippings on the ledge above our bed. Room was hot even in March and AC wasn't working. It was our worst stay after a month in Japan. We ended up not using our second night we booked and actually changed hotels to an equally affordable, nicer stay just a block away. I trusted booking.com that this was a 5* location and it's basically a love motel.

The location is perfect and the staff was nice. That's about all I can say good about this place.

Room cleanliness was subpar. Bedding and pillows were not adequate, room and bathroom were not in a shape that was expected (partaining to odours). Room size has been expectedly small.

This was my second time booking this hotel. I stayed here with my husband in the fall of last year and liked it so much i booked it again. It did not disappoint!. Perfect location right down in the middle of Dotonbori. Excellent welcome drinks and small onsen available on the 2nd floor. Lovely welcoming staff. Thanks again for a great stay.
