There is a public onsen within the hotel. Good block out curtains that keep the light out in the morning for good sleep.

The location is very good. Very near to JR station. Opposite there is a Drug store and Aeon store. Very convenient. Nearby had a laundry shop. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff are great and helpful. The hot spring is great too

A bit small room size, too hot toilet sprinkler setting that could not be adjusted, misleading label that cosmetics stuff are only for women due to such label in the closed box of amenities (shaving gel was also available in the box, but thought there wasn't any)…

Cleanliness, great food (breakfast), good location, lots of power plugs and USB charger ports, mineral-rich onsen, nice aroma in the elevator, relaxing music on the TV, adequate parking (exclusive)…

Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the hot spring. I have a very small foot tattoo, and I find it so narrow-minded and outdated that such practices still exist in Japan. Just as many other places in Japan, breakfast is quite limited for vegan options. You can at least manage with some rice and vegetables, but honestly, it's high time hotels begin offering at least soy milk as an option.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quite small but clean. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for a flight the following morning.

Room was little bit compacted. But nothing to worry on that. The front car park is normally full by the evening. So you have to park in another parking which is about 300m away from the hotel.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. The location also convenient for shopping and many. You have WiFi.

Good transit place (day trip to Ginzan Onsen). Close to JR Station with nearby restaurants and AEON (just in front hotel). The public onsen is nice. Will recommend others.

since it is a "super hotel", it has the bath facility and laundry room which were handy. There is a shopping center and various restaurants within walking distance so very convenient.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed the pillow menu - it has been hard to get Western-style soft pillows in most hotels in Japan, so it was great to have options here! The rooms were very small, but clean and functional. Free parking is available onsite and across the street. Convenience stores, drug store and restaurants located nearby.

The toilet is too small. Not very usable for tall people. Also the toilet door has a slight gap for ventilation. However, cold air keeps blowing at your feet because of that.

Cheap and good location. Very cheap laundry price (only 200¥ for washer, dryer is free) Nice tonkatsu place nearby. Location is also very near to Aeon.
