Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandOverall is good but one thing is the air conditioner is from the hotel management. So we can’t adjust any temp. The outside temperature is good but the room is so hot. Even we try to adjust the heater. There are only low medium high. When I adjust to low. I can’t even breathe. Feel like there is no air. So uncomfortable for me. And I try to open the window. It is locked. So I feel like I can’t sleep at all. Sweating all night
Clean.

AustraliaDuring housekeeping of the floor I stayed on, I found my room left ajar with little to no supervision which made me feel worried (the hotel policy says that they accept no responsibility for any missing items). I think they put on new sheets every day, but sometimes I felt like the bed sheets were changed for dirtier ones (I found brown stains, hairs and dirt etc before I even used the bed)

SingaporeThe staff weren't so helpful. I needed a taxi early in the morning the next day to get to the airport. I wanted to leave at 6.00 to 6.30 am and asked the front desk staff to help book a taxi. The staff said that booking was not possible as it was too early which kind of shocked me. Then I asked if they could help call a taxi, to which he said that was not possible. May be due to language barrier (he didn't speak English well), he said that it was not possible to. In the evening when I came back, there was another South Asian staff on duty, and he spoke much better English. He told me that the taxi companys didn't take bookings that early (really? I can't quite believe it), and they didn't take calls that early either. I was told to hail a cab off the street as many cabs passed by and it shouldn't be a problem. That evening, I was a little worried and observed the street in front of the hotel and noted that most taxis that went by were already occupied. With that, I went online to find out how to get a cab in this area and was directed to download the GO app. I set it up and went to bed thinking about how to get a taxi. The next morning, again I asked the same South Asian front desk staff if he could call a cab for me now. He said no, it was not possible. I decided not to argue my case, and went out to the street side to hail a cab. There was no cab for a good 5 minutes and so I decided to use the GO app. I got a taxi within 4 minutes. That was my one rather unhelpful encounter with a hotel front desk staff in my 28 days in Japan, staying in 9 different hotels. You decide if you want to stay here. I won't be coming back certainly.
This hotel looked quite impressive from the outside but actually on the inside it is a rather old fashioned hotel. The corridor carpets on our level was quite old, and the layout of the rooms in the corridor was really the old fashioned type where the doors were recessed along the way. The room was ok, very small but the toilet area was quite large with modern facilities. Overall it was ok. Decent for 2 nights' stay before we caught a flight home.

JapanI found hair on the floor in the room and when I took hot bath and when I looked the sink, because under the sink was my view height and it was covered with dust. So It was a bit unpleasant. The shower head was broken but when I went to talk to the front desk, they fixed immediately.
It’s 5 min work from Station and was easy to find. Staff at the front desk was very kind and breakfast was good.

ThailandNo. Everything is nice for me.
The hotel is close to the main station and is only 5 minutes by walk. My mother fell down when we arrived at the airport and her knee got bruised. I asked the hotel receptionist for a hand if the hotel had a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the hotel had no service but the male receptionist was very helpful. He was trying to assist my mother to the room by using the hotel trolley. My mother and I appreciate it so much. Thank you a million times! Hope to stay at this hotel again next time.

ThailandThe hotel uses heaters in the guest rooms, which made the room uncomfortably hot at night. I couldn’t sleep well because of the heat. It would be much better if there was an air conditioning option available for better temperature control.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and the airport, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to Canal City in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient.
