about using toilet, If you went late at first night, It would full reserve shower room of other guests (who have stayed) and left only very night after 9.30PM or before 5.30am next morning. not everyone erased booking after he/she finished shower. but if you stay more than one night, It will be your turn to book the time you want.

breakfast was very good. it's some nice souvenir for guest.

I love the place and the staff are very nice. Our host even makes efforts to pick us up at the train station and made us feel comfortable even when it is snowing hard. The place is awesome too, our room overlooks Mt. Fuji. We also rented bicycles at a very reasonable price.

Very cozy traditional Japanese style guesthouse. We loved our host who even drove us go Kawaguchiko Station that we could make our bus. The rooms can get quite chilly and there is only one shower for all people. But apart from that, from a bice breakfast to bike rentals, everything was amazing!

Our hostess was very kind and accommodating, offering to drive us free of charge to and from places we wanted to visit. The facilities were clean and our room was comfortable.

It could have been warmer, but I understand older houses require space heaters, which they did have.

The whole experience was very welcoming. If you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is it. The house itself is a step back in time with the tatami mats and japanese relics in the house. The food was prepared and served with such warmth. The owners were incredibly kind and generous, they had toys for the kids and candy. They even offered to drive us to the station! The neighborhood is away from the busy area. Behind the house, it had the best view of Mt fuji without the business of the touristy area!

The room was the cutest, cleanest, and most appropriate for 6 people. The shower was amazing could have never left if I had my way. The host was the sweetest, most helpful lady I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up and dropped us off from the station. She even gave us hand warmers since it was snowing! Could not fault the service she provided

Absolutely nothing

Lovely property an easy walk from Shimoyoshida train station, very homely feel, great hosts with a lovely restaurant for food next door. Easy to hire bikes at the property to allow for exploration of the towns and sights. Would love to come back some day. Highly recommend

The most inviting and lovely hosts. They have thought of every little thing to make it the most enjoyable stay. They noticed our group had come down with a cold, and messaged saying they had left a humidifier and extra heater outside our room, and then brought us some breakfast food as well. At the end of our stay they even drove us to our bus stop.

The room was too cold. It was big, but there was only one warm air conditioner, which wasn’t enough to heat the whole space.

The breakfast was very delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and friendly, providing great service.

Our stay was welcomed by Mia, the staff. We arrived bit late but she's willing to fetch us from the yoshida hway bus stop. After yummy bfast, Mia sent us to view close up Mt Fuji at the area and sent us to Churito Pagoda. She is so kind and we were very thankful for the service. Recommended stay. For sure, I will come again.

Although it's great for viewing Fuji it's a bit away from the station, although for us it was not a major problem.

The guesthouse was beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated. The owners were very warm and friendly they tried to take care of everything and even drove us to the Fuji station after we checked out. The living room and kitchen were excellent and all the instructions were meticulously written. We saw Fuji-san from our room window.

Too far from the shimayoshida station within walking distance. During our stay at night, suddenly we got no power supply. The heater could not work. The host didn't respond to the whatsapp call or message. The next morning the host fixed the problem. Thanks

Nice place with a nice view. Big room for couples. The host provides us a free shuttle from the guesthouse to the nearest station. The host is so friendly.

Only a few minor things: maybe a few hooks for hanging your clothes in the shower area and a towel rail. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils but overall it was very good

The co home mates were making so much noise, we were also in the same building, but we didn't disturb anybody, but the hotel owner cannot do anything, but can inform bed time for the customers

The stay was like home, a clean place, had all the facilities, had a kitchen with all the utensils, there was a parking lot, there was a cute dog, 🐕, felt like like home, very good
